Once you call them, it's cash only and they won't give you the pickup address until you're literally on the way. When your tow yard is separate from your business and literally located behind a cigarette shop, I think that pretty much says it all. Don't ever use these guys, absolute bottom of the barrel.

He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind!

The guy who runs it is a horrible human being. He does not tell you what you need in order to get your stuff from your car and then acts like you should just know it when you arrive... even on your second trip. In addition, he wants to do the absolute bare minimum and refuses to work a second past 5. The only way this place is still in business is because the police departments call them for a tow. PLEASE, save yourself from having one of the worst days of your life and find some place else.
