However, as the crew was departing they accidentally backed over a light pole in my driveway. The company owner contacted me and assured me they would cover the entire cost of repairing/replacing the pole and fixture, and that's exactly what happened. The owner was extremely good at communicating, and as I incurred repair costs he promptly sent me reimbursement checks with no hassle, and no need for me to "follow-up" and remind him to reimburse me. As consideration of the effort I put in coordinating the light pole replacement, he also refunded the total cost of the original gutter repair visit. Sometimes, accidents happen.
