I ordered 16 wings to share with the wife, hot honey, real dill and gochujang. Don't be scared of the real dill, the flavor is not overpowering at all. We normally order our wings extra crispy and I would not do that here, the next time we are in, because they would have been gtg without that. My wife ordered the twisted Cuban, with okra and it was delicious.

The vibe is very relaxed; this is perfect for a romantic date or to come and enjoy some good wine and delicious appetizers with good company. First off, this place is way nicer than I deserve to be in. Low lights, super clean, and everybody looks like they have their life together. Meanwhile I'm just there for moral support and food. Olivia was behind the bar absolutely carrying the establishment, making drinks like a professional and not judging me for sitting there alone. She was super attentive, super attractive, the drinks were perfect, and you can tell the staff actually cares about what they're doing. Shout out the host Meisha she is tough also! I ordered food expecting "good for Kingsport," and got "actually really, really good." Everything came out fast, looked fancy, and tasted even better than it looked. No complaints at all. The vibe is perfect whether you're on a date, with friends, or just sitting there solo like me pretending you're important. Super relaxed but still upscale. 10/10 would recommend. Go sit at the bar and tip Olivia so I can have a nice birthday present.

The calamari and ceviche for appetizers. My friend had the fettuccine Alfredo and I had the glaze salmon at first. The rice was extremely salty and the glaze on the salmon also made the saltiness pop. So I returned it after one bite and ordered the quesadillas which were much better. My friend's pasta also lacked flavor and was low on salt, complete opposite. She also didn't like the ceviche. Our waiter however was pleasant and accommodating.

I was thinking the Libation Station would offer spirits but they do not, only beer!!! So if you want that booze, that hard liquor, that wine then you gotta make a stop in at the Plaza!!! I stopped in because I was wanting to see if they offered a blended scotch called "Grant's Ale Cask finish" and what price they were asking for it...(discovered this scotch back in November 2019 when I made a stop in at a Knoxville, TN liquor store as well as in Kingsport, TN. Hell even made a call to a liquor salesman once I got back to Louisiana to see if I could get some more and was told this scotch was NOT sold west of the Mississippi!!!) These folks offered it and was going to buy the 2 bottles they had on the shelf but then I noticed they were running a deal on "The Famous Grouse" at $13.99/750 ml bottle. Back home the cheapest I've ever found it was $19.99/bottle and usually it goes for $21.99/bottle. Well seeing that price I changed my mind and picked up several bottles of The Famous Grouse as I already had in excess of 4 bottles of the Grant's packed away for travel back to Louisiana. I'm telling you this place has an extensive selection of damn near any spirit or wine you might desire and the prices were more than reasonable!!! If you're in Johnson City then you should be giving these folks your business!!!
