Sadly, I picked up nails in 3 tires from US1 construction down in Tavernier. Two were where the tread meets the sidewall & could not be repaired. Tires were ordered from Tire Rack. Cost to mount & balance per tire is $70. Very pleased with everything.

My biggest problem was the customer service. The mechanic (whose first language was not English) had problems locating the proper jack fitting for my Tesla. Then he claimed that the tire could not be repaired. It was a simple plug fix but he wanted to either patch or replace the tire. It was only resolved when a manager became involved. Very nice lady manning the front desk but again seemed confused. Might be a one off but I probably would not recommend if other options are available.

Pierce exit 70, and later wheel bearing on driver front went out just east of Anne's Beach - Robert and helper came down from Key Largo in about an hour and replaced the hub on the side of the road. Got us back on the way to Marathon - How blessed were we to have God put Robert in our lives at such a troubled time. The next day he drove down and took my trailer back to his shop and basically rebuilt all 6 wheels, braking system, lights and and one blown out tire that also happened on the way down. Made it home safely on Wednesday and wanted to let them know how thankful we are for their spectaculare service. Not only did he basically give me a brand new functioning trailer but he also gave explicit instructions to my son on how to maintain it. It is great to meet a Christian brother along the way.

Took it back to Charlie's only for him to say "there's an electrical issue." How did you not find it before? Why would you fix something without fixing the actual issue first? Ridiculous. Every mechanic that I met was excellent. They could not have been more attentive. I don't write reviews but I feel they should be recognized for their service. I opted to purchase 2 new rear tires. Bobby at Price offered many choices. I chose Kenda but got little in the way of recommendation or support for my choice. The tires arrived a day later than promised, which spoiled a day of vacation. But they were mounted quickly and expertly. Prices were typical, neither good nor bad. The tires they sold me were second tier models, and more than a year old. I'd have preferred newer ones. Phone communication was very good. There is no waiting room there so one is left to wander the streets while repairs are being made.

Every time I asked something simple like why the tire would be losing pressure if the nail didn't go through, they acted annoyed and made me feel like I was stupid for even asking. As a customer, I think it's completely reasonable to want a clear explanation about something involving your vehicle's safety especially my sons. Customer service matters just as much as the repair itself, and the way I was treated was honestly disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

This "guy" WILL try to rip you off!! After having had a good experience with them several months…read moreago at their old location, I went back again today for a similar service. Back then a skinny guy with black hair, who looks of middle east descent, attended me. He removed 2 old golf cart tires from their rims and installed new ones I had purchased from Amazon and charged me $30.00, which I thought was reasonable considering it was a Sunday. Their old shop at 99275 Overseas Hwy was very well equipped (store front picture, yellow building, still showing in their listing). They have moved to 98468 Overseas Hwy, which is a big storage yard where they have a medium size Shed, inside of which they have the machine to change tires. The place is certainly not customer friendly or safe for any decent person to be around waiting for tires to be mounted. Frankly I seriously doubt they even have a permit to operate this kind of business at this new location. Today I took two new trailer tires I purchased from Amazon to mount on my rims. I had already taken off one of the old tires, the other one had it still on the rim. The same skinny guy attended me. He took the tires and rims inside the Shed and closed the door. I waited outside. After about 10 minutes a fat anglo guy drove in, got out of his car and went into the shed. A few minutes later he, the fat guy, came out of the shed and said to me that it would be $80.00, $40.00 each because it had to be done by hand, and it was all done. I responded to him that the other guy should have told me that it was going to be that much before doing it. I would not have had it done if i had to pay that much. I had $40.00 in my pocket. I offered him that, he said no, I said take them off then, which they did. It took the other guy less than two minutes to remove the tires from the rims! AND he used the machine! If the owner of this business reads these reviews, which looks like he does, (and he's not the fat guy), I would suggest he gets rid of the fat guy. He's no good for the business. He certainly will steer away any possible repeat business from any customers who happen to fall into his trap. And of course cause someone like me to write a review in every possible public forum to let people who read them know about my experience with this "Guy". Update: I ended up mounting the two tires at home using simple hand tools. It took me just a few minutes. As it turns out, this SOB busted my valve stems, making them useless before he handed me back my rims. I do believe in Karma though. It will eventually hit him when he least expects it. As they say, what goes around comes around.
