My biggest problem was the customer service. The mechanic (whose first language was not English) had problems locating the proper jack fitting for my Tesla. Then he claimed that the tire could not be repaired. It was a simple plug fix but he wanted to either patch or replace the tire. It was only resolved when a manager became involved. Very nice lady manning the front desk but again seemed confused. Might be a one off but I probably would not recommend if other options are available.

That alone didn't make much sense to me, so I tried asking a few questions just to understand what was going on. Instead of explaining it, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Every time I asked something simple like why the tire would be losing pressure if the nail didn't go through, they acted annoyed and made me feel like I was stupid for even asking. As a customer, I think it's completely reasonable to want a clear explanation about something involving your vehicle's safety especially my sons. Customer service matters just as much as the repair itself, and the way I was treated was honestly disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

I followed their advice and went to Price Auto in Tavernier, Florida. It's not often that you can say that it was a great experience however it ceratainly was. Every mechanic that I met was excellent. They could not have been more attentive. I don't write reviews but I feel they should be recognized for their service. I now know what my go to auto shop will be shoud I ever need automotive service. Thank you Price Auto for the terrific service experience.

I opted to purchase 2 new rear tires. Bobby at Price offered many choices. I chose Kenda but got little in the way of recommendation or support for my choice. The tires arrived a day later than promised, which spoiled a day of vacation. But they were mounted quickly and expertly. Prices were typical, neither good nor bad. The tires they sold me were second tier models, and more than a year old. I'd have preferred newer ones. Phone communication was very good. There is no waiting room there so one is left to wander the streets while repairs are being made.

I was told my AC compressor and stuff along with it was bad and if I fixed that my problem would be solved. Paid them for the diagnostic, then paid for the parts and labor, around $2000 later I thought we were good only to have the AC go out again. Took it back to Charlie's only for him to say "there's an electrical issue." How did you not find it before? Why would you fix something without fixing the actual issue first? Ridiculous. Since this happened, they don't seem to think they are responsible and don't even contact me back with an explanation.

Great job mounting & balancing my new low profile tires (255 35 ZR 21 Continental Sport Contact…read more6). Pretty much no one in Key Largo wants to do these low profile tires. Price Auto will. Sadly, I picked up nails in 3 tires from US1 construction down in Tavernier. Two were where the tread meets the sidewall & could not be repaired. Tires were ordered from Tire Rack. Cost to mount & balance per tire is $70. Very pleased with everything.

We traveled down to the Keys from NC. When we hit Orlando our battery warning light came on. I googled "Sprinter mechanic key largo" and EU motorwerk came up. I called and spoke to JC and we talked about the problem. We made it into his shop at 3:00 on Friday. He did diagnostics for us, ordered the parts and had us on our way on the following Monday at 5:00. We tried to give him a tip but he refused. We are so thankful we called him. I want to bring my sprinter down here so he can do all the servicing from now on ;) He was honest and straight forward with no fluff. He's a super busy guy so I can understand that people thought he wasn't warm and fuzzy. I don't even care about that.
