I asked questions was met with friendly response. so when I rode in, I saw I had a engine fault code, a red light, a ABS light.. I went into "OHNO" mode. I was waiting for the report, Drody advised that I had put my new front tire on backward ( the tire rotation was right). the spedo reader, could not read because of that. I was advised that I do not need rear brakes. I said all this to say they are doing the right thing for the customer. I got a tour of the shop, clean, many bikes, some for sale. go see them. The owners & mechanics are riders, and are very helpful. I will use them again.

The told me it was running but still under powered. Test drove it, drives the same as when I dropped it off. I paid for parts up front on 12/3 and was told it was a clutch issue and would be done in a week. Gave it some time because of the holidays. Started to get curious again after the first of the year. Called and was told we're working on it and they'd had some changes at the shop. Called again the next week, same answer. Last week I went to the shop and was told Brody was out but would call me. Brody calls and I express my displeasure. Told him he had a week and I'll be picking it up. Picked it up today and was prepared to pay whatever was fair if it was fixed. It was not. Brody tells me he'll make it right. Takes an hour off the diagnostic time and still charges me $396.84 for a 3 month clutch repair (1-2 hour job) that did not resolve my issue. My neighbor recommended this place because he knows the owner. Hated to tell him they were terrible, but he apologized. 10 out of 10 would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They had two sets of new tires in stock at different price points, and said I can get a deal if I paid in cash. The prices were comparable to my local tire dealer and they were located closer to me, so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was met by Rodolfo, who turned out to be a very kind and soft-spoken young man. He showed me the tires I asked about and after I selected the ones he told me to pull the truck in the bay and invited me and my child to wait in the lobby, which had several comfortable chairs and a large TV screen that shows you the inside of the garage. It was a comfortable wait They spotted a small screw in the sidewall of one of my original tires. He said it would be about $45 to patch a side wall. When I checked with my local tire dealer, they're willing to do $10 plugs or patches, if it's some thing they can patch. When I told Rodolfo this, he said he'd be willing to price match it. It took Rodolfo and his coworker less than 30 minutes to move my back tires forward and put two new tires on the back. His coworker was a young Caucasian man with a beard and mustache, that was also very kind but I didn't get his name. When it came time to pay, I paid with my debit card and I had misunderstood debit card as the same as cash. Rodolfo noted the misunderstanding, but left the ticket as it was. I felt so bad for the misunderstanding, but he just smiled said it would be fine. In addition, he decided since this was my first time there, there would be no charge for the sidewall patch at all,. He's a very generous guy, and he says the owner is also a very, very kind man. It definitely shows in their workmanship. They offered to drive my truck around, and even noted a rattling sound coming from my wheels of my truck, and they wanted to double check that they had not caused it to rattle. I reassured then that was a noise original to my truck wheels it had always made, and they complimented my truck and hoped that I return. I would have no problem giving them more business in the future.

They got me in quickly, were great communicators, and worked with my shop from Denver closely to work on the problem. In the end, it was going to take them a few days to get the needed parts, and instead of dragging me along they helped my Denver shop locate a Toyota dealership in Rockwall that had the parts and could do the job more quickly to get me headed home. Very rare that you find any auto repair places that will walk away from money because it is in the client's best interests. Honesty and integrity are obviously a prime focus at Eagle.
