I asked a number of questions and settled on a price and work, clay-barred, ceramic coating . I went to pick it up the next day, it was not finished. I had to have it over the weekend and returned on Monday. they worked on the truck and I returned on Tuesday AM. David worked hard on this truck it has paint issues but at 8' it looks great. we went over the "details" and anything I thought was missed. everything was taken care of. I think the "delivery time" was off because of how much was needed to do, so I'm not complaining. David is the new owner and wants to make the customer happy. Our experience with Accelerate Auto Repair and Collision was extremely poor. We took two vehicles…read morethere for repairs. After three weeks, no repairs had been completed, and we had both vehicles towed to another repair shop. Communication throughout was inadequate: we called numerous times, but our calls were not returned. Most concerning, one of our vehicles sustained a completely damaged windscreen and severe body damage while in their care. The business told us that vandalism had occurred and that several vehicles had been affected. They refused to pay for the damage and told us to claim through our own insurance. When we arrived to collect our vehicles, we spent hours trying to resolve the situation. We were told that they would not release the vehicles unless we signed a document disclaiming their liability for the damage. We felt pressured to sign so that we could retrieve our vehicles and leave. During that visit, we also witnessed several other customers complaining about the service they had received. Based on our experience, the lack of repairs, unanswered calls, damage to our vehicle and the handling of its release, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. We entrusted them with two vehicles and left with unresolved repairs, additional damage and considerable frustration.
