I usually have a good experience and get good products from B&B, but NOT this past time I went. The buying experience was fine, it was the product that sucked. I purchased (3) 500mg milk chocolate bars. They were supposedly split up into 33.3 mg squares. So I cut those in 1/2 to do roughly 17mg a piece. I try to keep a steady 10 mg in my system to help with pain management. I thought the extra little bit would be a bit helpful. I got NOTHING off the first candy bar, but I finished it none the less. On to the second candy bar.... first it was supposed to be milk chocolate and it was a white and milk chocolate blend. SECOND, it also sucks. I got absolutely no pain relief or 'high' at all on 33.3mg I then consumed what is theoretically 66 mg and I still did not felt any pain relief or been stoned. Then I went ahead and tried 99 mg.... guess what??? STILL NOTHING. So I called B&B and spoke to an associate directly and their response to me was "oh, sorry that happened to you, you must have a high tolerance or a high BMI which would effect the results of the edibles.Is there anything else I can do for you?" high BMI?! um... wow. thanks. "They then assured me that all their candy bars were tested for quality control and labeled appropriately." Obviously not if I got a white chocolate one instead of a milk chocolate one. Also obviously not if I have consumed 1.75/3.00 of these chocolate bars and never felt a damn thing. For reference, my tolerance level is about 40mg at a time.. TOPS. Anything over that and I cannot function, except to nap or veg out on tv. I'm theoretically on 100mg right now and I feel as though there are NO EFFECTS. They never even offered to help resolve the issue, no offer of a discount on another item, store deal or refund or anything. I left my name and number for the owner in hope that they would call me back and help to resolve the issue, but I have not heard anything. Feeling like I wasted my money and got ripped off. The worst part about this, is it is they equivalence of getting pharmaceuticals without insurance only to find that they are placebo pills and not the real thing. IN SHORT...... I'M PISSED and will no longer be getting anything from their business. I recommend Maine's Alternative Caring (MAC) in Windham or the Ganja Candy Store in Biddeford. read more

Store was over capacity. Employees being trained with a full store. Couldn't park an order to tend to other customers while someone went to the atm for cash in order to use their point system. CBD oil for my dog was TWICE the price. Was asked for my MMJ card for a non-cannabis purchase. Cheap bongs sold for $100 more than eBay. Woman training employees had her dirty-looking paper mask hanging off her face below her nose and kept touching it, then the register/ everything else. For a bud dispensary, my only requirement for at least 3 stars is that I leave with something to smoke. That's really all it takes to earn a happy, repeat customer. Shockingly, even with such low expectations in their favor B and B manage to set the standard for the worst Maine has to offer. Seeing an ad on their website, I called 2 days in advance to schedule an on-site medical card screening with one of b and B's "partners" (read: co-conspirators). I received follow up text messages confirming my appointment which I answered. The day of the appointment i began my 2 hour commute to finally get my med card. There had been freezing rain, but the skies had cleared fully and the roads were crowded with cars. Evidently, not many people were concerned about the roads. If you haven't guessed what I'm getting at, basically my appointment was "canceled" without my knowledge. I arrived slightly upset, since I was 4 minutes away from my appointment before I was informed. When I went into B and B to try and understand why I never received any info about the cancellation, I was blown off and told their text alert system was broken. No attempt was made to make things right, nor was any sort of apology offered. I drove two hours, bought a full tank of gas all for nothing. Theres bad customer service that loses customers, then there's bad customer service that makes you wonder how a place is in business at all. I work at a dispensary and no one there would ever EVER allow a customer to 1. Experience something like this in the first place or 2. Let that customer leave so disgruntled they spend an hour leaving a negative review on every possible platform short of a highway billboard. Absolutely insane read more

I went their because I had singed up for their text message alerts, the alert I got this morning prompted my visit. It said "75% off glassware!!" And I was like "wow that's a really good deal. I drove 55 minutes to get there, and was informed by an employee that it was only on their $6 bowls the size of my thumb. Pretty misleading. My friend once got a text from them saying $6 eighths, but when they got their an employee informed them it was only eighths of shake. Another time they also sent a text that literally said "50% entire store!", but once again when I got there I was informed it didn't include flower (the main product a dispo sells). These deals seem out of this world, so I'm not surprised they didn't honor them as the texts implies they would be honored, but I'm upset that they knowingly mislead me through their text program. One time me and four friends went and each got a pen cart, and 3 of them leaked. Not trustworthy, and dishonest. read more

I have always enjoyed coming here for a variety of medicine and am usually happy to return.. Until this last visit. I purchased an ounce of trim that came out almost 9 grams short. Now we aren't talking the end of the world here. A bit more of a quarter of trim short but its the point. The person who waited on me had to go in to the back to weigh it up so I cant help but think it was intentional. I emailed the owners before posting this review not in hopes of money back or product returned but just a heads up that that kind of stuff is going on. Non of their flowers smell like anything but dry hay. They leave thier samples out innthe front window where they get sun bleached and even drier. I bought strawberry cough cause it was the only sample that had some sort of smell... But as soon as i smoked it all i could taste was chemicals and got a headache right away.
