You don't get the warm fuzzy feeling of visiting your neighborhood bud tender. Very cut and dry and in and out. But the real reason I'm writing this review is because I recently purchased a T pen go. I went to the shop to purchase a cartridge and I was told that the cartridge would work best if I purchase their battery. I went ahead and purchased it since you can never have too many. However after using it this thing is junk. Way too complicated when it comes to the settings, it's clunky and non-discrete like other batteries, the cartridge falls out unless you make sure that it's connected to the magnet, and most importantly the draw is crap. it's like sucking cement through a straw. I tried one of my other batteries and it works great with the cartridge. Perfect draw and zero complaints there. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do for me so buyer beware!
