Don't use them. Took a long time to start work and even longer to finish. Customer service is non-existent. If they don't receive a check from insurance company (roof) right when the job is complete, they post your info to FaceBook for non-payment. Don't trust them. 7 months ago I paid them 12,000 in insurance money to do my roof. 7 months, 1 attorney, 100s of ignored calls, emails and texts from myself and the attorney I'm now paying, still no work. When they do respond it's false promises or them pushing blame for work not getting as much as started back on me or someone else. They are very smooth talkers in the beginning but soon as you give them money, your ghosted. Trying to get my money back proved to be a joke. They came up with fees to eat up majority of the money. Wish I could give no stars. I was sent an invoice in November 2024 which I paid in full. February 2025 I got a call from the owner stating that B&B never did the repairs so I had to come out of pocket again. Been trying to contact B&B Construction (Tilton, IL) about getting my refund since they did not do the repairs I was charged for. All calls go to voice mail... just couple texts stating that the secretary was supposed to mail out my money... Almost a month now, still no answer. Not even an update. Don't know what's going on over there but this is highly unprofessional, and unacceptable.. As a private contractor, I would never use this company again!! read more

I wanted to leave no stars but that isn't an option. This organization put a roof on my house last fall. I am having it replaced as I write this. A roof inspection showed so many defects the inspector called it the worst "hack job" he had ever seen. The workers destroyed my landscaping and damaged my new air conditioning unit. They left two additional parts of the job untouched and just stopped returning my calls. We have just filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office for fraud. My parents had hail damage and we were put in contact with B&B. We got the bid, were assured they could get the roof done in a timely fashion and they signed a contract. They asked for all the money up front before any work could begin. They told us that if we gave a good faith payment prior to getting the check from insurance, they would get started on the roof. My parents gave the payment out of their own pocket, and then they were told they couldn't start until they had the whole payment. Once the check was received from the insurance company, my parents paid the remainder of the balance. After that, no one would return phone calls. We called over 57 times and only got someone to call us back a hand full of times. The payment was paid in full at the beginning of May. My parents were out of town and wanted the roof completed before they came home. They returned home the end of July and it was not started. A representative from the company came and said they would get started immediately. We received materials the same week, however they were the wrong materials. The representative told us it would take less than 2 weeks to complete the job, it took over a month to complete the job. Having seen other companies complete similar jobs in 2 days, this seems quite excessive. I believe my parents were treated terribly by representatives of the company. I told one of the representatives that I believe they took advantage of them due to them being elderly. I would never recommend this company. read more

Great price!!! Friendly staff! I would like to say that they did a ton of work for me. They put in new doors and railings, siding, gutters, and two metal roofs. They left no trash behind and worked very fast overall. Brandon the owner even came out to the job to make sure I was happy with the progress. Brad is a very integral part of the operation he was very easy to communicate with via text message and phone and always asked if I had any questions and spend most days here at my house with the crew. While I have never gone on a site and left such a negative review of a local business, their workmanship and unwillingness to repair their shoddy work on my mother's work cannot be ignored. My mother owns a very lovely home and hired B&B after checking them out with people we knew who had similar homes. Their work was quite shoddy and she has now had to have others into fix the roof. When she called them and asked them to come out and make a plan for correcting the issues, the owner arrived and started yelling and was so verbally abusive it was decided he could not come back on her property without someone being with her. The biggest issue was they left a HOLE in the roof where two rooflines met. Yes actual opening so critters could climb in the attic. She had to contend with a bat and a raccoon, repairs to ceiling right below the hole before it was found and sealed off this weekend. They had been told there was an issue up high but said it was nothing a little caulking couldn't fix (not that they did that.) Do not let them near your house. There were also issues that to be repaired where they fixed dormer windows on the roof line. They supposedly cleaned up yard and gutters from roofing materials. Guess we have different standards of clean. Gutters clogged with nails and roofing material are not my definition of clean. I hate to even give them one star. If you hire them, put plenty of money aside for all the repairs you will have to make to clean up their mess. read more

B&B came and installed a new tpo roof on my home. They did a very good job in a very timely manner. My salesman Eli Standford was knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. read more

You might consider looking elsewhere for your construction needs as this company is bad news. Owner is the worst unprofessional business man around Vermilion County. He says he has been in business for 16 years well I'm sorry but he needs to take a classes on how to be a Business Man, Customer Service is awefull, run a day to day Business, and one in Anger Management. Once we signed the contract it was a while before the job was started which I understand due to the storms and the volume of people having work to be done. However when you try to contact him he never answers he passes the phone to someone else. I guess I should have went with my gut feeling and went with someone else from the beginning. Stay away from this company. They caused significant damage to the house and didn't tell anyone. Thought they could get away with it.

I called for an estimate on Tuesday and these guys had my roof done by Friday. Best roofing company in the region by far.
