I attempted to reach out to discuss this and he anwsered the call and said he could do the work for 800. then he refused to anwser my calls, text, and email. I spoke with 4 different companies and everyone said this should never have happened and its lazy and bad work. I wound up having to replace my whole system because he would not / could not do the job right. Please do not use him, find another company, he will not give you all the information and when called out about his shotty work he will ghost you and leave you holding the bill. We had a new HVAC system put in our home and they made it a wonderful, stress free experience. Our old system was a mess! They both tackled the challenge with ease. When the work was completed they didn't just disappear like a lot of companies. Ken contacted me that evening and the next day to make sure everything was working like it should be. He even came back one week later and hooked up gauges to make sure the system was maintaining like it was suppose to be. He left me with all the manuals that came with the equipment and emailed me proof of registration for the warranty. They quoted us an astronomical number then "called their boss" to give us a several thousand "cut" which was still a ridiculous number. I was sick of the unethical "used car salesman" game and a friend recomended finding a nice local small business and I'm so glad I did! Not only were the other guys quoting me 3+ thousand more than Bill, but I also got a WAY nicer system. Bill offers a premium product at the right price and worked hard to get the job done same day. His crew was respectful and trustworthy and they treated my home very well. It was a big job--our entire system (26 years old) needed to be replaced in our 1955 home.
