They don't have the long lines like Nike or Adidas used to have-- so it makes your experience much better. The front part of the store is apparel and they have a few sales racks. The other side/back part of the store is for shoes. On my previous visit, I inadvertently picked up the incorrect size of pants and a hoodie, which they allowed me to exchange without a hassle.

That is your problem, not mine. I requested a full refund because I could no longer wait, and no one ever contacted me. This company has been extremely unprofessional and not worth buying a kayak from. And now, without any notice, you delivered the kayak in the middle of the night, left it outside with no call, no message, and I'm not even home. You just dropped it and left.
