Although it was a bit noisy, the food was good and didn't have to wait too long for it. Our waiters were always pleasant. They have a large outside seating, it's a bit cozy, meaning tables are closed two one another. They did have great 70's music! All desserts we had were great and I had Boudreaux wine and loved it. One thing I didn't like is having dogs in restaurant sitting at chairs and saw one sitting on top of table outside. I'm a dog lover but having pets on tables is not ok for me. read more

Cute street café connected to a hotel. We spent a couple of hours here while I was showing my sweetie where I lived decades ago during a summer abroad. Lots has changed in the neighborhood, but it's still pretty. Menu looked typical but we didn't get a chance to eat. Wine, water, drinks, beer were all good. Service pleasant. read more

The portions are generous, the food is very good! I had the grilled bass, my boyfriend had the goat cheese and sun-dried tomato quiche. They bring little squares of pizza before the meal. I didn't get much of that, my boyfriend gobbled that up. It was very good. They serve the bass with lots of vegetables, some big pieces and also julienned veggies under the fish. The fish had a nice and interesting salsa with olives. My boyfriend's quiche was excellent and was served with a very good sized salad. Everything was excellent. We inadvertently sat in a smoking section. But other than that, was excellent, and not far from our hotel after a tiring day of visiting sites in Paris! read more

The second time, the place was busy and waiter not so attentive and pressured us into giving a tip. This is not customary in France and we felt he did this because we were tourists. Reviewing a place like Aero Paris Passy is almost meaningless. This is one of those Bistro/Brasseries that the French do so well almost on instinct, like pubs in the UK. Simple (for France) menus, and basic professional service -- for Parisians, places like this used to be more common than McDo, but as an American, they are a treat to me. Aero is located on the Place de Passy in the sixteenth. This is a cute little square in a shopping/residential district between La Muette and the Bir Hakeem bridge. Many years ago this was probably the center of public life in the village of Passy, but in the world of today it is a bit like a wide spot in the sidewalk with a little fountain. Still, the place provides space for generous outdoor seating and that in turn provides the perfect locale for whiling away a warm and languid summer evening. My bride and I arrived late and sleepy after a long day of travel so we were not seeking a full night's whiling. We took an outside table facing the shopping street rather than one on the square. Although our view was primarily of the side of Passy's McDonalds, the night air and the murmur of other diners made it quite pleasant. Neither of us felt inclined to order a heavy meal, but we both wanted some vegetable matter. (Air travel can play havoc with the digestive system.) Along with the meat and fish choices, Aero offers a nice variety of salades composee. My wife settled quickly on the Chevre Chaud (hot goat cheese salad) and I opted for the salade sud-ouest (southwest salad). At home a southwest salad might come in a fried tortilla shell, but this is a different southwest. My salad came with smoked duck breast, goose liver pate and chicken gizzards. It was every bit as good as it sounds. Or, depending on how you feel about unusual foods, it may have been much better. It was full of fresh summer greens and green beans. The salad (as most salads here do) came already tossed in the vinaigrette. I have never tried to order the dressing on the side in a french restaurant, but I imagine the chef would not be pleased. I liked it a lot, it was flavorful and filling without being at all heavy. The chef really jumped the shark on my bride's chevre chaud by adding a fried egg. Perhaps that is the wrong term as the egg was a really nice addition. The egg was laid atop the hot crottin de chevre which itself sat on a small piece of bread. This whole thing rested on top of an nice mixed salad-- shredded carrots, lentils, shredded turnip, greens all tossed with the same vinaigrette. Our server was professional and attentive without being overbearing. All in all it was a nice dinner and a fine end to a long day. read more

Had the goat cheese salad (very nice variety of veggies and good dressing) followed by the flottante ( which was huge!). The servers were very friendly. I just moved to the neighbourhood for a few months and I already know this will be a regular weekend lunch spot for me. read more

Convenient place to meet on rue de Passy. The Terrace is nice in the summer. The food is not really interesting. Got a plain chicken club sandwich and a coffee for 20€. I almost regretted not eating at the McDonald's right beside the restaurant. Yet another hang out where you should not really eat but just order a coffee or a coke. read more

This place is mediocre. The food is fine, but it it is unexceptional. I got this supposedly parisien salad, but it was clear it was meant for tourists. If you are looking for a great-priced cafe, this is the place to go. Other than that, there is no point in going. read more

This was the best place. My friends and I loved coming here while visiting Paris and actually came 3 different times. The waiters remembered us every time and were very very friendly! My family and I stayed at a boutique hotel a block away. We actually stumbled upon Aéro by accident trying to find another place. The person out front was very outgoing and charismatic so we decided to come in and stay. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The place has a very nice vibe and they play pretty good music in the background. We just came in for dessert during the day and to get out of the rain but liked it so much my wife and I came back for a night cap after a long day of sightseeing (we left the teenagers in the room lol). We also split an Oceana salad and grabbed a bottle of wine. Both were perfect. The service and staff were more than friendly and accommodating as well. We made sure to come back again the very next night and repeated the same routine. It's very convenient since they're one of the few places in the area open until midnight. Only gave it four stars because we never ate more than a salad and dessert but will definitely come back and visit them again. read more

Came here after I checked into my hotel. One of the only places open in this neighborhood on a Sunday evening. The service was was great and they have a varied menu. We'll split the difference since the staff was nice, attentive (for Paris) [side note there was a lady that was there that was super pissed at the lack of attention. If you feel this might be you realize you're in Paris, motion at the waiter or something. Then also keep in mind that at most places it is more common for a long drawn out meal so the service is "slow". If you wanted to eat fast or something the McDonald was right next door.
