We had an amazing stay and this has become one of my favorite hotels in Palm Springs! It is a super cute and small hotel, only 14 rooms, and they maximize on the guest experience. Maxwell and Tony were both incredible throughout our visit. They both were constantly checking up on us while we were at the pool and making sure our drinks were topped up and if we needed anything. Together they absolutely made our stay so much better. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, if you want an amazing stay close to downtown this is the place for you! We are counting down the days to our next visit here! Thank you all so much!

I loved the fire pit and courtyard.

Overall, I liked staying here, and I would probably stay here again. I'm just going to list out what I thought were the pros and cons: Pros: the service was friendly, especially Angie, who was super attentive, sweet and on top of everything. It's cute, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchenette was nice. I liked that they provided cruiser bikes, and the drinks by the pool were really good. I liked the fire pit outside, and Angie brought us some cozy blankets when it got cool outside. You had the option of a continental breakfast brought to your room every morning. Greek yogurt, granola, and muffins. They were pretty yummy. They have parking out front, and the lobby is really cute with the typical mid century modern flare. I liked the location in a little residential neighborhood surrounded by cute houses, but my boyfriend thought it was a little far from town. It was definitely walking distance, so I still considered it a good location. They provide robes. :-) Cons: I don't care about no TV because I don't watch TV on vacation, but they were very clear about the fact that there were no TVs on the website. What they should've said was NO CLOSET OR COUNTER SPACE IN THE BATHROOM! To be clear, the rooms are quite spacious, and, at minimum, they could've put an armoire in the rooms. There is absolutely no closet space so you have to hang everything on hooks right inside the door and it looks messy. I like to feel like I'm in a clean and tidy space. I don't want to see a bunch of clothes hanging at the foot of my bed. While the shower was a nice size, the bathroom was quite small, and there was absolutely no counter space, just a teeny, tiny sink. I have no idea what kind of hair care products they use, but I can usually get by three days without washing my hair and I work out every day. I didn't even work out while I was here and I had to wash my hair twice. Their shampoo and "creme rinse" (I don't think I've heard that word since 1987) left my hair feeling dirty and waxy. The $50 per day "resort fee." I'm pretty sure there are only 12 rooms, and it's just not a resort. It's a renovated motel. Yes, they give you the breakfast and you can take the bikes and they give you one "welcome slushy," which we didn't cash in on, but why not give you one slushy per day? Why do you get punished for staying more than one day. If you only stay one day you get a slushy 100% of the days... I don't know if the math doesn't work for me. I bet it was good, too, based on my pool bar cocktail! To me, a resort has a spa, a restaurant, a closet, counter space...you get it. The air-conditioning worked, but the room wasn't really temperature-controlled. It got hot, then freezing, then hot. There wasn't much middle ground. Not that I realllly care, but they call their snacks in the room an Honor Bar, yet there are prices listed, which I assume they charge you for if you take them. That's not really an Honor Bar, it's just a mini bar. Just call it what it is . I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm picking them apart. I actually liked it here, but they have a few things they can definitely work on over time.

Shockingly reasonable and well curated honor bar

We travel to Palm Springs from LA quite often and really appreciate its vibrant hotel scene. Still, we were blown away by our stay at Azure Sky! I cannot believe how nice these rooms were-- the aesthetic was perfectly on point, the room and grounds were immaculately clean. We ended up staying in much more than I thought we would just because it was so lovely and spacious. The honor bar was well curated and shockingly reasonable. The complimentary slushies were delicious and lovely by the fire pit. Since it's adults-only, the pool was quiet and rejuvenating. And well-heated enough to be pleasantly warm in December. It's in a very safe, quiet area. Less than 10 minutes drive to downtown, but a few places, like King's Highway, Elmer's, and The Reef, are within easy walking distance. The area is safe for walking around to admire the beautiful homes and mountains. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly (Luke was so wonderful welcoming us in and the other two, whose names I didn't catch, were fantastic) and they made the stay so enjoyable. This is absolutely going to be a repeat choice for us.

Like another reviewer, I don't want to do this review for selfish reasons. The better the hotel is rated, the mord "in-demand" it becomes. (Good for the hotel owner-bad for the customer) Anyways, this property is so nice. It is in a quite neighborhood of with similiar properties and regular residential homes. It feels like you are in a typical neighborhood but still close enough to downtown if you are interesting in shopping and dining. The hotel is well-appointed with up to date decor and amenities. We stayed in room 114, a suite which had tons of room. It felt like a home away from home. The pool and jacuzzi are great and clean. We took off on a bike ride with the complimentary use of the properities bikes. Beds and sheets were comfy and the soaps and shower gels are top notch, leaving you smelling so good and fresh. Luke welcomed us when we checked in and was very helpful explaining how everything works. The remainder of the staff was great too. This is perfect for couples wanting a relaxing and quiet vacation. I believe it is adults only so that is a nice feature. We will definetly book again in the near future. It is our new "go-to" location.

One of my favorite boutique hotels we've ever stayed in! We love coming to Palm Springs for a weekend getaway often & this newly renovated hotel was perfect for us. It was adults-only so it was quiet & exactly what we look for when searching for hotels online. Cesar checked us in & was very kind & informative. Everything was so nicely decorated, clean & trendy. The room we had was so spacious & had a kitchenette. The pool was warm in July & nice to dip in. They have continental breakfast like coffee, Oj, pastries, fruit, yogurt, bars, etc. The entire ambiance is relaxing & perfect for a weekend getaway. Thank you Azure Sky Palm Springs!

I recently took a PEEK into the new Azure Sky Hotel, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. This newly established hotel boasts a stylish and minimalist aesthetic that I found to be quite calming and soothing. The attention to detail and sleek design elements create an inviting atmosphere that exudes modernity. Let's just say... its very QUIET. Although I didn't stay overnight, the brief encounter allowed me to appreciate the thoughtful furnishings and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The location near the ACE Hotel further adds to its appeal. If you're seeking a trendy and contemporary hotel experience in Palm Springs, the Azure Sky Hotel worth checking out as an option. Make sure you know what the options are for food, room service or services of any kind as I did not inquire about this

I stayed here with my best friend for a get away and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive, the rooms were so clean and beautiful, and the amenities were great. I will definitely be back

Angie made our experience at Azure amazing! We truly felt like we were guests in her home. The complementary slushees at arrival put us right into vacation mode! And she makes amazing espresso martini slushees. She made sure we were hydrated throughout our stay by bringing us water while we relaxed by the fire pit and samples of hydration elixirs by the pool. We really appreciated that! This was a great quiet place to relax. We will definitely be back!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Boutique feel with all the amenities (pool, hot tub, bocce, etc) and chic design we were looking for on our Palm Springs girls getaway. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, and much appreciated design details like a fridge / stovetop. Service was fantastic and so unexpectedly pleasant to wake up to fresh coffee, juice, and light breakfast bites. Special thanks to Angie who made the stay extra special. We will 100% be back!

Beautiful new hotel to Palm Springs. Extremely clean and secure. Room 112 is a gem.

My wife and I really love this hotel. We've stayed here twice in the past few months and both times were wonderful. The general manager, Angie, was friendly, welcoming and helpful, as was her staff. The hotel was recently renovated and they've really done a fantastic job bringing a modern touch to the hotel's MCM style. The grounds are lovely, and our rooms (we stayed in the "Olive" class room both our stays) were stylish and super SUPER comfortable. The private patio with its hammock was nice, and the pool was a fantastic place to spend the afternoon. We'll be back again, no question!

I'm not exaggerating: I was chatting with other guests in the hot tub, and one of them said he felt like he was their favorite guest. I immediately thought, "Wait... I thought that was me." Then we realized we all felt that way--and we just laughed. That level of hospitality is intentional and truly impressive. The breakfast? Next level. Nothing about it is basic. The overnight oats alone deserve their own fan club. I pretend to feel guilty going back for seconds... and sometimes thirds... but trust me, the guilt fades quickly. If I had to say anything negative about Santiago, it would only be this: leaving hurts. Every stay, I make new friends I miss, and I always leave feeling like part of the Santiago family. A few well-deserved shout-outs: * Kent -- absolutely phenomenal. I hope the owners understand the gem they have in him. * Rick -- kind, genuine, and always makes you feel welcome. * Robert -- consistently goes the extra mile to make our experience perfect. You won't find prices under $500. With that in mind it should be luxury. There's nothing luxury here. It's fine, it's clean, it's nice. First the staff, everyone is great. Very friendly, helpful, informative. So no problems there. So I think it's the management and the operator of the hotel. Inside the rooms, even after a recent renovation, it's just fine. There's nothing noticeable and there's nothing I'll think about or mention as a great part of the room. Everything is fine. During conferences or events, they may close certain parts of the hotel to other guests. That happened to me but didn't affect my impression of the hotel. I did speak with front desk to get some fees waived due to facilities being closed to non-conference guests. The other thing is with this resort fees, there's nothing worth any value included. So they advertise fitness facility and internet. That is basic and should be included in the rate, not resort fee. If you want to use the sauna in the spa, that's another $50 day pass fee on top of the resort fee. I understand other hotels do this but I am not into normalizing this. This is more a practice in the US, when you travel to Asia and Europe, saunas are at least included. Fees on top of rates on top of fees is a continuing practice at US hotels that I will be calling out and reflecting in reviews and to hotel staff. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's fine if you want to check it out. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and would recommend those, esp at this price point you have the world of options.

Our room was equally impressive--we especially loved the large stand-up shower and the abundance of natural light, which made the space feel bright, open, and relaxing. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism delivered a seamless, first-class experience from start to finish. The daily breakfast and lunch, included with our stay, were excellent--consistently flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. This was a family/work trip, and we chose the hotel for the kid-friendly water features (ages 8 and 3). The room was very dated (so expect that going in) but very clean--I could tell by how clean my kids' feet stayed after running around barefoot. The king room with a pull-out couch was a big plus. The hotel accommodated our request for a ground-floor room with easy access to the main areas. Being able to walk from our patio to the restaurants in about two minutes made things much easier with kids. The "water park" is more of a well-done kids pool and splash pad than a full water park, but the kids still had a great time. Poolside service was great--generous portions, and the kids loved their chicken tenders and fries. I didn't enjoy a drink myself but the drink menu was tempting and others seemed to be enjoying themselves. We were excited about the breakfast buffet at the Desert Pearl. Pricing was reasonable for kids, though the adult options weren't especially appealing so I decided to pass. What really stood out was the staff--every single person we encountered (front desk, restaurant staff, bellman, security, and pool team) was friendly, patient, and accommodating. When we discovered after checkout that my son left his lovey there, they drove me back via golf cart to try to retrieve it. Overall, everyone offered a level of service made a lasting impression. The only downside was finding quite a few mosquitoes and a moth in the room, likely due to our proximity to the lake. If the room were a bit more updated, pest-free, and did not come with the Coachella tax we paid, this would've easily been a 5-star stay for us.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. The decor is that of a mid century modern and is a really cozy quadrangle set up. The interior feels homey and the property is set up like an air bnb with shared amenities. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. I left off one star because there are definitely areas of improvement that could be made but not enough to ruin my experience.

All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself.
