He provided multiple options for us to consider and after we decided, the work was done in a few weeks. He was an excellent communicator and kept us well informed along the way. We purchased Phillips smart locks and handles, which he seamlessly installed in each gate, allowing me to easily program them with my smartphone. The finished product is flawless and has enhanced the look of the front of our house. In addition, the price we paid was less than we expected for gates of this design and quality. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you Jamie and team!

Jamie was very communicative and walked us through the options available. He went out of his way to figure out the best ways to install and keep the wiring neat and out-of-sight, while accounting for the local pool barrier codes. The gates themselves were fabricated beautifully, and overall we're really pleased with BBB's work. They were very reasonably priced, and were also the only company we contacted that promised to turn the work around quickly (a couple weeks). Some of the other places we contacted quoted us in months! Highly recommend them, thanks again, Jamie!

I've used Armando many times over the years for plumbing and sprinkler issues, and his work has…read moreusually been excellent. That's why this situation is disappointing. I had a problem with my main water line. Armando came out to assess it and had someone do a temporary patch, which unfortunately did not hold. I was left dealing with a hole that kept filling with water. Armando did return and fixed the line properly, and that repair was done well. However, the job was never fully completed. The hole has not been refilled, despite full payment and multiple requests over the past two weeks. Refilling the hole should be part of finishing the job. I'm hoping this can still be resolved, as I've trusted Armando's work in the past. If not, I may need to pursue other options, including a partial refund.

Absolutely horrible customer service and well I can't talk about anything else because he hung up…read moreon me, let me explain. My company needed some welding done on equipment we have at the yard and came across him on google so decided to give this company a shot. He was busy and the first minute or so was him speaking with a person and not sounding like he was in a good mood so I apologized since it sounded like bad timing when he finally greeted me and took my call. I understand things can get quite hectic and the time isn't always right but either don't answer the call or immediately ask to give them a call back. He allowed me to proceed for a QUICK second, literally... explaining we found him on google, he cut me off and said he's not interested and hung up. Not even 5 seconds of listening! I was appalled. I didn't even get to explain what work we needed.... he blatantly just cut me off and rejected work. WHAT COMPANY REJECTS WORK?? We're an industrial company that could have potentially been returning customers time and time again with all the routine work on our equipment, not to mention rave about it to the other sub divisions within who could also keep them in mind for the future? Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and I still can't believe this. They don't deserve new cliental. DON'T BOTHER.
