First thing first thank you Martin and his team for a great job and wonderful experience given such…read morea large scope of work. We appreciate your expertise. We've done so many things that I couldn't attach all the photos as it's reached Yelp's limit.. Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

He referred us to Martin and Cova Construction. We were quoted a very fair price and reasonably quick timeframe. Let's begin! Once the project was started we were so impressed with the first bathroom, we asked if we could add a few more projects. We added new flooring(which looks amazing) painted the living room, kitchen and hallway (very nice) also painted the kitchen cabinets an amazing sage green(HGTV inspired) painted the fireplace mantel and distressed it, after all that we replaced our 60+ year old 10' slider door and added shades for privacy. All this in a relatively short time, about 6-7 weeks. Martin and his squad are all super good people and were a pleasure to have around the house. At the end of every workday all construction debris was swept up and clean. I would hire these gents again and again, you should too Thanks Cova!!!

They did an excellent job remodeling my chimney, installed an attic ladder in my ceiling so I can finally take advantage of the extra space in my attic, and built a beautiful wooden fence outside. Robin and his team were professional, hardworking, and did a fantastic job on everything. I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Robin and Handyman Construction to anyone looking to remodel their home or needing any type of home improvement project. Great work!

Robin was made aware he was our first quote and we had several lined up throughout that next week. During that time my husband had emailed all plans we had from our HOA to Robin. On 9/7 we messaged him telling him we'd like to move forward if he could do it for the price we countered with. The following day on the 8th he accepted and stated "I'll get it written up in the next day or two." On Friday the 11th he reached out letting us know he had business in LA and would be very busy over the weekend but that he had questions so to be prepared. On Sunday the 13th I reached out asking for a contract by EOD. He let us know he would have it today the 14th and again he had questions so be prepared to answer them. After waiting a week for a contract to sign we decided to move on. He is unprofessional and rude. Just read for yourself the way he speaks to clients. Robin clearly cannot handle polite rejection. Robin, take your own advice next time and don't reply just move on.

Every single detail is covered including permits and their invoices aren't hard to understand. Eduardo came to my home, took photos of the area we need work including taking notes of what I wanted. It was just over one year ago that our kitchen remodel project began. i waited to post this review…read morebecause of all the things another contractor had to redo . I will state only facts about some of the things we've had to redo because of Diverse inefficiency. Eduardo will write back with excuses for everything saying they weren't at fault! If you read their reviews, they always blame the homeowner when they mess up! Fact: Our project was delayed by MONTHS because material was not ordered. I made a call to manufacturers , it was cuz materials weren't ordered! Fact: we now have less cupboard space cuz measurements were wrong! Fact: I had to hire a different contractor to finish work cuz Eduardo said "it's your fault for changing "... We NEVER changed anything! Fact: I had to hire a professional to redo our grout and flooring cuz it was installed so poorly. Fact: I had to hire a plumber to redo plumbing because Diverse installed new plumbing incorrectly! Eduardo will say " you didn't give us a chance to make things right" ! You had already installed incorrect the first time AND I definitely had NO trust in your abilities to make it right! We had several water leaks, hot water instead of cold in our laundry room and many other problems because Diverse installed incorrect! Fact: I had two inspectors and two different contractors all saying that our remodel was done by someone who clearly did below average quality workmanship. We spent well over $140,000.00 with Diverse Home Concepts for a poorly constructed kitchen remodel ! I've left off many more things that went wrong, I only hope that if you use this contractor, you trust your own instincts and stay diligent with them! You guys were so nice in the beginning, we let our guard down and that's on us for believing you were honest good people.

Tony educates you through the process and gives guidance on what is going to be the best solution for your budget and home. I called them again recently due to my home causing stress on me. Once again they came to my rescue. They were able to fit me in so quick and complete the work in two buisness days. When they say leave the home repair stress to them they really mean it. Its a blessing to have Ultimate Construction Remodelers make my home secure once more. I'm going to put them on my speed dial moving forward. Thank you for the help!

In the upstairs bathroom I changed the tub to a walk-in shower and changed the single sink to a double sink. Along the way, Tony had suggestions of what he thought would work and I am glad I went along with it because my bathroom turned out beautiful. Tony and his crew were very respectful and cleaned up after each day's work. Tony was very professional beginning with his estimate down to his contract. Most importantly, I trust Tony & his crew. More recently, I used Ultimate Contruction Remodelers again to fix my squeaky up stair floors prior to carpet installation. The old floorboards were removed and replaced with new ones, screwed down & glued to make sure they would not squeak in the future. The flooring turned out great and feels solid. Once again Tony was very professional with his estimate & contract and was even able to fit us in on short notice. Next, I will use Ultimate Construction Remodelers to redo our balcony in the fall.

proceed with caution! Man where to start. I don't enjoy…read moredragging somebody's business, but I also don't enjoy spending a large chunk of our hard saved money on garbage work and hopefully I can save somebody else from making the same mistake. I guess I will start by being open and up front and saying I put off doing this negative review for two years... we had such a terrible experience during installation of our LVP floors and the workmanship proved to not be great in the following year or two but my final straw that made me decide to finally write this review comes from being recently enlightened to yet ANOTHER issue with the quality of work. A couple of months ago we suffered severe water damage in our home and as a result, all of the LVP that Redstar installed in 2023 had to be ripped up and we found out they never even put a barrier under our flooring between it and the concrete. These guys cut SO many corners the entire job and this just has me livid again. SOME of the issues we had with Redstar- - What was supposed to be a 2wk job turned into 4wks - One of his workers stole a bottle of whiskey out of our cabinet. Had we noticed while the job was going on, we would have absolutely brought it up to Stan, however, we didn't notice it until we were moving furniture back into our house and at that point we were so sick of dealing with Redstar that we chose to let it go instead, however, there was absolutely nobody else in our house during this time (the house wasn't in living condition, so how could there have been?) so there's no way it was anybody else that took it. - Without our consent they modified our entry way steps almost permanently but we caught them. It was a rounded step down from the entry to our living room, Stan told us they could make the rounded edge work even with the LVP. We double checked with him because previous contractors told us no because it was round and the LVP is obviously not pliable but Stan said it was doable so we tr... well apparently his solution was to take the rounded edge and just make it a giant square! Which cut into our already small living room and looked horrendous! Thank God my husband works from home and came out of his office when he did, imagine his surprise that not only had they already framed the square out, but they were filling it with concrete without anybody even asking us if that was OK! It wasn't, they had to find another solution. - The house, was left FILTHY every day. Our kitchen was basically unusable the entire time. They made ZERO attempt to clean at all and make our home even remotely comfortable for us. I had to clean the kitchen daily to even be able to use a single countertop to make food. - Stan and his crew were supposed to level out some of the uneven flooring before installing the LVP and still, after already being installed, they had to rip up the floors, several places and level our area. They should have already done, but didn't because the floor would sink down or bend when you stepped on it. - Stan the owner was never on site unless we had an issue he had to come deal with. Idk where he got his workers but they were subpar, did subpar work. The only decent one who seemed to care at all was his supervisor Eric, who unfortunately also was rarely there until we were so fed up we demanded someone else finish the work. Very shortly after the work has been done , of talking within six months to a year max, there were already multiple planks that had cracked and we started noticing that the putty or whatever it is, they use in the joint of the flooring, was starting to fall out in multiple places. The only thing we clean our floors with warm water and vinegar so it's not like we were using harsh chemicals. I utilize Yelp a LOT for trusted recommendations on everything from food to construction services and everything in between and I felt guilty about not writing a negative review immediately after our experience with Stan and Redstar but to be completely honest, it was such a stressful experience (every day was something new, I dr dreaded coming home from work) on top of the fact that I was just done dealing with them on top of the fact that I didn't want to say anything negative that could possibly get in the way of our "1yr warranted on the work" if we need them to come back for anything so I just kept my mouth shut but honestly, I feel like this review needs to be put out there if it can save anyone from a fraction of the annoyance and headache we experienced with them! Finding out that the LVP was installed with zero barrier was my final straw. We paid over $13k for a shit job. I'll end it with this , our experience was so bad that we paid over $13,000 for the flooring, and when issues started to arise within the first year, we STILL didn't even want to bother contacting them to come fix the problems because we had SUCH a bad experience. We would rather eat it and deal with it than call them again.
