Trailers rating doesn't…read morenecessarily reflect how much the ramp will handle to get what you are towing in your trailer (I bent the ramp with 6.5k vehicle and the trailer had duel 6k axles) the plywood inside is peeling from the floor and screws are popping up as well as the adhesive they used to seal and hold things together (own end trailer for 1.5 yrs only used a handful of times). My trailer plug was wired incorrectly so I can't turn my inside lights on without my headlights. I have called and fb messaged more times than I can count and they refuse to follow through in getting back to me with their supplier of aluminum siding cause I have a panel that needs replaced. By far the worst trailer and customer service I have ever encountered. This place sucks. I should of been wary when I waited at their place until midnight when I was told my trailer was to be done at 5 pm but I lived too far away to return the next day. These people really suck and should not even be building dog kennels

Had a new roof put on and went with the full ridge vent. Was concerned about trapped heat as I was…read moregoing from an old shake on slats to the full cover plywood and asphalt shingle. The garage stayed noticeably cooler with the full ridge vent so yay! The job took 4-days, really 3.5-days with the first 0.5 being a crew who peeled off the old shakes the first day and some supply delivery. 2nd was delivering more supplies, checking for dry rot, replacing as needed, and starting the plywood, and waterproofing. 3rd was shingling and gutters (separate crews), 4th finishing everything up including painting the vents to match with the new roof. Very efficient and well cleaned up after.
