He provided multiple options for us to consider and after we decided, the work was done in a few weeks. He was an excellent communicator and kept us well informed along the way. We purchased Phillips smart locks and handles, which he seamlessly installed in each gate, allowing me to easily program them with my smartphone. The finished product is flawless and has enhanced the look of the front of our house. In addition, the price we paid was less than we expected for gates of this design and quality. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you Jamie and team!

Jamie was very communicative and walked us through the options available. He went out of his way to figure out the best ways to install and keep the wiring neat and out-of-sight, while accounting for the local pool barrier codes. The gates themselves were fabricated beautifully, and overall we're really pleased with BBB's work. They were very reasonably priced, and were also the only company we contacted that promised to turn the work around quickly (a couple weeks). Some of the other places we contacted quoted us in months! Highly recommend them, thanks again, Jamie!

My trailer plug was wired incorrectly so I can't turn my inside lights on without my headlights. I have called and fb messaged more times than I can count and they refuse to follow through in getting back to me with their supplier of aluminum siding cause I have a panel that needs replaced. By far the worst trailer and customer service I have ever encountered. This place sucks. I should of been wary when I waited at their place until midnight when I was told my trailer was to be done at 5 pm but I lived too far away to return the next day. These people really suck and should not even be building dog kennels

Adam was super responsive and a great communicator. After scheduling a quick visit, they sent me a quick written bid that was clear and straightforward and priced very well and fair. They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money. I have a great friend nearby who is a general contractor and he came by to inspect the work first hand as well and confirmed they did great. Adam all the paperwork, city inspections and their fees, he was in touch every day with me to update me on progress and the job was done on time and as scheduled. I have a very unusual roof (the whole roof is a flat, walkable roof deck) and Mel, the Nema rep, said they couldn't repair this type of roof because they wouldn't be able to warranty it. Despite that, he stayed and talked with me for about 20 minutes, offering ideas of other decking sealants that could be used, other companies I could contact, or even the possibility of DIY-ing it myself. I'm always SO grateful when companies actually listen to what I want and give me different options. Mel seemed honest and genuine and SO knowledgable about roofs, and I'd love to work with them in the future.
