My grandfather was adamant about coming to this auto shop because he's Persian and the owner is Persian. He refuses to believe that his "family" would cheat him or do him wrong. My grandfather, who is an 85 year old disabled man, brought his car to this shop because he was having issues with the transition. After being charged $1200 to have it replaced, the car has the same exact issues. I had another mechanic inspect the car and was told the issues had been attempted to be fixed and nothing had been replaced. I had called repeatedly and the message was that the voicemail is full. You cannot reach an actual person and apparently no one checks the vm. While this was going on, my gpa received a letter from The Toll Roads about a fee. My grandfather's caretaker does not go on toll roads and contacted the shop about it. They admitted they did drive his car on a toll road but refused to pay the fee. After a certain amount of time, TTRs charged a late fee making the total $102. My grandfather contacted this shop numerous times about the bill and was finally told that they would only cover the initial fee and my grandfather was sol. Anyone that can take advantage of an old man like that and sleep at night is not a good person. I highly recommend staying away from AZM Motors as they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I will be contacting the BBB about this. read more
