When it was placed, my wife and I noticed it did not match the new one next to it. Bar-T sent a rep to check the issue and insisted that there was no difference in the two windows, even though their clearly is. During the exchange, the rep adopted a belligerent and combative tone, at which point I had him leave the premises. There's no cause to adopt such an attitude with a client. I guess this is one of those hard lessons we learn: once a company has your money, they could care less about rectifying any issues. It is doubtful I would recommend them. Would prefer to never see them again.

They came out to put final hardware on 8 months later and got a service wrong work order for another job and coppered all 4 doors. They came out to "fix" and painted them and now you see the sheen through the paint and they look nothing like the steel doors I had before. The owner is telling me it's fine and that was the process and not a mix up in service orders. Even though it was 8 months later and the service manager told me it was when I contacted them the minute I saw it. Would not recommend this company that does not stand behind correcting their mistakes and telling you it is fine when you paid 80k.

We worked mainly with Laura Arif, one of the few women in roofing industry. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, & communicated everything timely. They contacted State Farm regarding our roof, explained to us the process & findings that warranted roof replacement. Laura informed us of status of the claim throughout the entire process. It was a long process, but was stress-free, thanks to Laura. She went over & explained the detailed of final insurance approval with us, what was covered & what wasn't. They hired public adjuster on our behalf at no extra cost to us. There were no hidden "service fees" or "supplemental" costs. They were sticking to the contract & did what they promised. We paid for back porch painting & repairs of our damaged sidings. When painting the barn, they replaced all the damaged woods without being reminded or told to. Charlie, who worked with Laura, would check on work progress when Laura couldn't. They listened & made sure that we were happy with the work. Laura also had great suggestions on color choices, & we were glad we took her advice! All their workers were also fabulous. We've been burned by contractors, but ATG is really one of a kind!
