I had a bad experience with AZ Brow Doctor. Besides my eye brows looking really bad, my review is more based on the poor customer service. Because I have had plenty of bad services in my life but didn't give them a bad review because even though the result wasn't great, I was provided good customer service. So the combo of bad brows and bad customer service at AZ Brow Doctor, I had to give potential customers a fair warning. I had tattooed eye brows and reached out to the owner Lindsey and asked if she thought she could fix them and make them look natural with micro blading. I sent her several pictures and she assured me she could do them, no problem. So I paid extra (she costs more than the other girls) because she was supposedly the best. After following aftercare instructions properly, the micro blading didn't stick. I reached out and she said some people's skin doesn't take micro blading as well -okay that's fine. So she referred me to Rema and said she pushes color through better. So tell me why the owner and self-proclaimed "Brow Doctor" has to send her customers to someone else to fix what she didn't do right the first time.... crazy to me, but I went to Rema anyway. I followed the after care instructions perfectly again but had almost the same result the second time. They were a little better but not much. So I called and asked what the next step was. They told me they do not give refunds (which I will add I didn't ask for one) and was told that I must have not followed the after care instructions. Why would I pay a small fortune and go through all of that, just to not take care of them? Weird. And left a bad taste in my mouth being accused of being the reason my brows didn't look good. So I was told to come back a third time but try ombré brows. I never wanted ombré brows, I wanted natural looking hair strokes... but they said if my skin doesn't take the micro balding that this is the best option. So I agreed to it and went back a third time. The color did stick more this time but it is a gray color, not brown and now they are uneven. At this point I'm frustrated and upset I paid all this money and spent all this time (10 days of healing and having to wait 6 weeks in between appointments) and still have crappy brows. So I sent an email where I nicely expressed my concern (will post picture of email). I waited a week and didn't get a response. So I sent a second email saying I was still waiting for a response. Two months later and still no response. So I call and the owners husband told me they forgot to reply. Wow, thank you for making me feel like you valued my business... I will say that they offered for me to come back a fourth time for another touch up, but why would I want to after three failed attempts AND them not acknowledging my emails? At this point I have lost faith in their services, not to mention it would be just plain awkward now. But I want to be fair and give them credit for offering the fourth service. So moral of the story is that if you don't like your results, they don't really care to make it right. And you're just SOL if your skin doesn't take the ink. I'm not blaming them for my skin not taking the ink, but I do fault them for not valuing my business and/or wanting to make sure I was happy with my experience. So buyer beware. To Lindsey, honestly I understand the predicament you're in when it comes to offering refunds. I don't think you should offer a refund when it's out of your control (aka skin not taking ink) but you should think of an innovative way of compensating customers in other ways. Because only offering for them to keep coming back time and time again is probably not what they're looking for when they don't like the results you've provided. You should consider partnering with other businesses so you can offer unhappy customers with gift cards or products. Just some food for thought. Thanks for reading.

How is this ombré??? These are sharpie eyebrows

Back on 3/13 I went to the AZ Brow Dr. My artist was Rema. I expressed to her exactly what I wanted and DID NOT want. I showed her how I did my eyebrows. We agreed on ombre vs regular microblading. I specifically told her, I do not want one solid brow, I hate that look. Ombre fades from light to dark, hence the word ombre. Anyways, she proceeded to draw on my eyebrows and I told her they were wayyy to big, she literally said "well I am trying to give you brows, is that not what you want?" rude. I said this is way above my natural line. So I finally got her to redraw them, we proceeded with the procedure. She started outlining without any numbing cream. I told her to please put some on but she didn't until after she outlined both of my brows. I was in so much pain I couldn't open my eyes because they were so watery. After a bit, I asked to see them, she giggled and said no. Finally after a little while later, I asked again and she showed me. I looked at them and they were two different shapes and ONE SOLID COLOR. I expressed to her my concerns and she said it'd fade out, it's a process. Fine. I paid and left. During the two weeks, she was rude to me when I asked questions and told me to just use goggle to get answers. Currently, they are still one solid color. I reached out to her and told her I still hate them, you gave me exactly what I told you I did not want. I gave it time to play out but they are still the same. This is nowhere near ombre. She basically called told me they dont do refunds, called me impatient and thinks just because it looks good to her, that I should be fine with it and pushed me off to a diff artist. She then gave Lindsay my contact but I don't understand why if Rema was my artist. It has been 24hrs since and I'm obviously being ignored. I checked back in with Rema today @10am and still have not had a response from either. All I want is my 450 back. I paid for ombré and that was not what I received. If I wanted a solid color brow, I could've just went to a regular tattoo shop and asked for sharpie eyebrows. Now I have to pay about 200+ just for one session to get it removed. I think its highly disturbing that Rema offers a service she has no experience in. Yes,she may have 3 years in microblading but that doesnt mean she knows how to do ombre. Just because you can do lip fillers doesnt mean you should do a rhinoplasty. DIFFERENT AREAS is my point. Her business clearly shows she is just money hungry and does not care about her clients. She can easily issue the refund. I mean she went on a nice vacation the same week as my appointment. Given that I'm being ignored shows that even the owner Lindsay is in on this. Again, money hungry. Since this incident I've heard many things about AZBrowDoctor. They're basically not who everyone thinks they are. 1) They mark up the materials from their classes to make profit off the students. I think this is wrong since the students already pay so much just for the class. Also, they swore using stencils was wrong because every client is unique yet now they're offering them AKA more profit for them 2) They buy their followers on Instagram. Hence making it look like they have a huge audience aka deceiving you 3) They shouldn't be putting a 450+ price on ombré when they haven't been offering it for that long(as you can see my face was the result) Those are just a few things I've heard from their previous students and other artists. Now, I'll let the photos of Rema's botched work speak for itself

    My model after

I just took the Microblading class with AZ Brow Academy back in March. I am so glad I did and just wish I would have sooner! The instructors are so patient with everyone and didn't push or rush at all. There was tons of hands on practice with multiple instructors there for help and it was such a comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this class for anyone either in the Industry or not it's a great place to start a fun and profitable career! I was excited to take the class and loved it even more as soon as I got started. They set you up with an awesome kit and are super encouraging. Till this day I can always count on their support. Thank you so much Lindsey and team for an incredible opportunity!!

    Day 2

Lindsey at AzBrowAcademy is incredibly talented! She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows! I was very pleased with her professionalism and ability to take the vision I had for my brows and find the perfect color and shape for them! I will definitely be referring all of my family and friends to Lindsey at AzBrowAcademy!

Now my girlfriend's daughter is going to attend (different industry) and I'm looking forward to see how she does by attending school here. The only thing is that for the smaller schools, like the one my girlfriend's daughter attends for actual high school, I wish EVIT offered some sort of shuttle service. The bigger schools have buses but the small schools don't have that luxury.

None of my EVIT teachers gave me a paper about expectations everyday in class at the begin of the year, failed multiple times to explain what punishments happens to EVIT students when not in full uniform, doesn't give no info on paper to students like what is the point of my IEP if EVIT just ignores my disabilities .P.S Understand #### Happens.
