They haven't even contacted me since I left to see how my hair was holding up, IF it was!?! I'm so heartbroken! 15+ years of growth breaking off, just gone. I was looking for someone long term to care for me, my family, and extended family - friends hairs and this is how I get treated. I'll probably be bald by summer and have to buy a wig another extremely expensive lesson I'm going to have to learn from this mistake. Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.
