The only good thing I can say is that Jessica refunded the $500 I paid her, but so far removal has cost me $600 and I'm not optimistic that anyone can get the rest of them off as this is a persistent issue with removal of the Tina Davies ink. Proceed with caution at Azalon, make sure you ask a ton of questions and make it very clear what you want. If not they'll make it feel like your fault for ruining your face. I am in no way trying to be hateful towards them, I just don't want someone else to go through the process that I have been going through. When it comes to permanent and semi-permanent makeup, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

For our first appointment, we did henna eyebrows, and she showed me the type of color and shape we could do if we moved to permanent make up. Jess made sure that the henna eyebrows were a good shape/color for my face and I loved them! I loved her work and the henna eyebrows so much that I ended up working with her to get hombre eyebrows. I had 3 appointments in total for my hombre eyebrows. The first appt (since I'm so darn pale) she went lighter than normal so we could see how my skin reacted and how the color looked. The 2nd appointment she went darker and deeper because the color didn't really stick well the first time. Which I truly appreciated because we can always go darker. The 3rd and final appointment was to add a little more shape and add finishing touches. It has been over a year since Jess has given me eyebrows and I STILL get compliments ALL the time. She really knocked it out of the park. They are so natural looking and manicured. I used to have to draw/powder in my eyebrows EVERYDAY. Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.

She has a God complex and likes to think she is worth 800.00 an hour (her words not mine). By listening to her perception of herself, she thinks she is a surgeon when she is merely an advanced nurse practitioner. Not saying they don't have a place and many are respected but she isn't as high up on the food chain as her ego thinks she is. Too much drama in this business for me! Also, she ran a special for Botox and won't refund the money because I wouldn't trust her to inject me with needles.
