I booked a full set of acrylics with regular polish for 2 of my daughters, and I booked a deluxe pedicure. Once there, i upgraded my pedicure to a seashell pedicure for the paraffin wax and extra 3 minutes of massage. The soaking water was lukewarm/almost cold, definitely not relaxing. The massage shouldn't be called a massage at all. She slid her hands and seashells up and down my legs without applying any pressure whatsoever. No foot massage, which I definitely could've used because I am on my feet constantly throughout the day. She even stopped her "massage" about a minute before the 13 minute timer was up. The polish on my toenails is horrible. There is polish on my skin, lumps, and the color is way too far away from my cuticles, making it look crazy. My toenails are cut extremely short to where it's painful, and they are all uneven. I will not be wearing sandals until they grow out and I can get back into my usual salon to fix them. For the first set of acrylics with regular polish, i was charged for a set of gel x nails. Obviously I didn't book that nor want that. The nails ended up being absolutely atrocious and do not look professionally done in the slightest. They are lumpy, have many jagged, unsmooth edges, and there are multiple spots where there is no polish, or the glitter does not cover the base color. The second set was booked as the same, but i was charged for an acrylic set with gel polish. These are the best looking nails out of the bunch, but there are still a few jagged edges and a completely different glitter was used than in the inspiration photo that my daughter showed her tech. Both my girls left extremely disappointed as this was their first set of "fake nails" for back to school, but they are sweet and didn't want to complain or upset their nail techs. I would've mentioned being charged for things I didn't book when checking out, but the only thing I was shown was the total, and the receipt didn't get delivered to my phone until we were already almost home, and we live close to an hour away.

Ashtyn is amazinnnng! I had been looking for someone I could trust for a long time and after seeing all of her work on her Instagram page I was sold. She is very informative and makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time mapping out your brows and asks you what you like and what you don't like. The biggest plus for me was it didn't hurt at all! There is a tiny little sting when she puts the second round of numbing cream on but that's expected and she lets you know! I just recently went in for my touch up and I'm on day three of healing and this time around has been even easier than the first time. Listen to her when she tells you how the healing process will go and you will be just fine. It is an emotional roller coaster like she says but so worth it! Ashtyn is the BEST in the game!!! At first I was so scared to get a "tattoo" on my face. Since i am so young i had a consultation to go over everything and she answered all the questions i had. The best part about it too was that it honestly didn't hurt at all! My eyebrows used to be so light in the beginning because I barely had any hair and I was terrified they wouldn't look good, but Ashtyn is a miracle worker and now my eyebrows look good af. I don't have to wake up early to do them anymore and that's a big bonus. I had microblading done a few months prior to seeing Ashtyn. The brows were scarred and no one wanted to touch my brows after that, but Ashtyn had no fear! I can't tell you how much time she spent with me discussing the perfect shape and the perfect arch, but it was a long time. She was so patient with me and did not turn her back on me when I continued to message her and ask millions of questions. I went to her twice (including the follow-up) and she is the bomb!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Ashtyn. I scheduled micro blading with her after following her Instagram and seeing how amazing everyone's eyebrows turned out. While I was there, I was also able to get my lash line enhanced. I had a terrible experience years ago with permanent eyeliner so I was extremely nervous. Ashtyn did my brows for the first time ever and first and for most she took her time to calm my nerves which was the first A+ I'd give her. Secondly, she made sure that I absolutely loved the shape, arch, color, everything. She asked multiple questions to guarantee satisfaction. By the time she was finished, they looked exactly how she knew I did my makeup and they were PERFECT. I waited a long time before getting my brows microbladed because I wasn't impressed by the work I saw from other artists. Ashtin is incredibly talented and an expert at what she does. She hand maps the shape of your brows according to each person's needs and she takes the clients input into consideration when constructing a shape and plan for the brows. The made an "appt" to come in. I thought it would be to fix the issue. After a quick consult, same tech added more extensions. Once again, the looked right. Went to counter, lie and behold had the audacity to charge me $95 more to fix a faulty job to begin with. 3 days later, same story. Lash extensions were not full. So many fell out. If you're going to charge outrageous prices, then at least do the job correct. And if your work is faulty. Fix it. I spent over $400 for nothing.
