Beyond 5 stars for the service Department!!! Honest, friendly and cost effective. If you don't need to have it done, they will tell you and have never tried to upsell me services. I will be a life long customer thanks to Mike.

I took my bmw in with a coolant leak, after 2,500 dollar repair bill, in which I caught them charging me for additional parts beyond the ones needed for the repair, im still having ti add a gallon of coolant to my car daily. After picking up the car I left them with my truck with engine light on for repair, paid them over 5,000 dollars for lifters and can job, only to drive 39 miles and new engine warning appeared, they refused to do anything or do any further work to vehicle. I was very disatisfied with service I recently received at Garagefellas. I brought my car in…read morebecause of an obvious noise in the rear. For some reason they found it necessary to do an "inspection" on the car, where they look for anything else that might be an issue. They knew what my car was there for but wasted all of our time going through this. AND charged $129 for this service! I find that to be a shady business practice and when questioned they reduced the $129 by half for me. How kind. So they decided that I needed rear shocks and rear tires due to sporadic contact with the road due to the shock issue. After paying $1,002, I drove my car home only to hear the same sound was still there! I was told it must now need a suspension control arm. So I brought the car back to have that done.. While they had the car apart, they discovered that actually wasn't what was needed but instead the problem was a small part, possibly called a shock topper. So I would need that part - yes, that was the problem. I couldn't help but wonder if that was the problem from the start and new shocks and tires were not necessary...? because as soon as that $66 part was replaced, the noise was gone. They didn't charge me for labor for that, I only had to pay for the part. I wonder why. I also needed a hanging wire secured in the front of the car. Which was done. But a week later, the wire is now hanging once again. I would not recommend this place as I feel they Yes you to death and are verbally accommodating but I don't know if they actually knew what they were doing. This job cost me money that I literally did not have and it has left me feeling upset and taken advantage of.

Your not going to believe this one…read more 4th of July downtown, walking around eating and drinking new places, exploring our new city and having a great time and decided to head home. It is an end spot up near the street by the Spice/Tea Place, I started to pullout and thought I was by the nose of the curb and when my back tire tracked in, I caugght the curb just right 3 blocks later....I am changing my tire. I get the donut put on and of course nothing is open and I am supposed to be headed to Charlotte at 5 am, not happening. So I pull out my old trusty YELP app and look for tire places, BLACKS is all over town but, one place caught my eye. "Aspen Tire" 5 stars (Shut the front Door, No one gets 5 stars out side of restaurants) with 25+ Reviews, what have I got to lose. I get there at 10 till 8am and the bays are already hopping with the Tech's and management in the lobby, so I tried the door, crap still not open (8am on the Dot), so now I am going to be here till at least 10am and way behind on my scheduled trip to Clt. So go up to Trey at the counter and he is lackluster as you would expect for 8am lol, but he lets me know that he has some appointments ahead of me and he will get to it when he can. So I decided to go across the street to get something to eat, a coffee and hang out for about 15mins, come back across and have a seat for a long wait for my car. The it hits me, I have entered bizarro world, it is 8:28 am and Trey calls me and says my car is ready??!!!! I Look towards the front door and it is sitting right there. This is the way business should be done, set the expectation low and when you get it in advance of the expectation, you finish sooner and you look like a hero, and ASPEN is My Hero! This will be my go to tire place until the foreseeable future. Trey and Team, YOU NAILED IT! Thank you
