I still hear things about how wonderful the photos are, and that was over a year ago! So we knew we would be using them instantly for our wedding as well. Book them early!! They are wonderful people to work with, many of my guests came up to us during or after the wedding to ask about how we found them because they are nice, genuine, professional, and very hard-working! They made all of the photos of our wedding wonderful, and even when I was not happy with how our "Thank You" photo turned out because you couldn't see the words too well, I asked if there was anything they could do. Amy worked on it and gave it back to me, and it was so much better! They got a lot of photos of our guests and everyone having fun, which is so nice to see since we were not able to watch every minute of what was happening. All of the photos we loved, and they are sooo easy to work with. They make you feel comfortable even in awkward situations or not-so-easy family situations. Even when you feel weird with what they are telling you to do, they know their stuff, because those are some of my favorite photos! I trust them completely, and I know who we will be using for future family photos! I would recommend Amy & Jordan to anyone that wants quality photos, and who just wants to work with an easy-going, fun, and amazing couple!

I did my engagement shoot with O and decided it was time for another shoot! I wanted to go with my…read moregirl for a boudoir shoot. It was so fun!! I loved working with her. She came to my house with so many props like 5+ robes, gloves, accessories, plants and a green velvet fabric. It really helped add the spice I was missing. It was really easy telling her my vision of what I wanted, and I really really appreciated that she would show me the photos thru the camera as we moved between the shoot. It helped me give feedback then and there (such as hiding certain things that made me feel insecure, or telling her I loved how my face/body looked here, lets keep this theme going). It truly felt like I was doing a shoot with a friend! Im going to be using her for my maternity shoot in a couple of months too. This is my girl!!

One of the rudest photographers I've ever worked with. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable and…read morerushed. We had our one and two year old with us taking family photos. We were late to our session and instead of creating a calm environment (with a 1 & 2 yr old) she made us feel unwanted and rushed. She told us to let them play for the photo then my one year old almost knocked down the backdrop because of that and then you could tell she got irritated and then proceeded to tell us to make sure to hold them and not let them run around? She wasn't very friendly with them which pissed me off. She had an assistant who did nothing and just stood there staring at us, no smiles, no laughs, no small talk from either of them, no help to try to get the toddlers to smile. My hair is all jacked in photos, she had me sit on the floor with a skin tight dress on, she got irritated because my two year old didn't want to sit on a chair for the photo. It was just an AWFUL experience. I was literally shaking when I left. The turnaround time for the photos take forever, 2 weeks for the ones she chooses and then another 3 weeks for the final edits. And though her contract states WITHIN 3 weeks she doesn't send them until last minute. Or she may just be doing that to me, idk. It's just been a really weird experience with this woman and I got the worst vibes from her. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I typically don't leave bad reviews but I had to warn people.

It was such an unpredictable time and Maia graciously worked with us on all our date changes. We definitely felt that we were more than just "business" to her and that she truly cared for us and our big day. She was both our engagement and wedding photographer and both those times she made me and my husband feel safe, comfortable, and brought out the absolute awesomeness in us! I'm definitely the type who's got a lot of insecurities but she made sure to adjust certain things like my hair, clothes, the angles to get shots that she knew I would be happy with. On our wedding day, she got things to move along since we were really behind on time. She knows what needs to be done and is efficient with her time. She was almost like a wedding coordinator to be honest. She also is just ready for anything that might happen. My dress got stained from my flowers and out of nowhere, Maia comes in with her Tide Pen and the stain is gone! Like what??? Not even my bridesmaids were prepared for that! She gave us a sneak peak of our photos the next day so that we can immediately share some photos with friends and family because of course we couldn't wait! LOL The pictures were so beautiful and captured all the moments, big and small. I look at them quite often even a year later and the emotions rush in like it just happened yesterday. The photos she took are priceless to me and my husband. I 1000% recommend Maia to all the couples in need of a photographer. We plan to book her again for future events or maybe just to get really cute couple photos.

From the moment we met in our FaceTime call, I knew she was amazing and that I wanted to not only work with her, but have her in my life as a friend. She is extremely responsive and answered any and all questions, and offered to help in any way possible. From my ideas for backdrops for our engagement photos to my dreams for a hiking adventure bridal photoshoot, she listened intently and wholeheartedly to my desires and went above and beyond to bring those visions to life. On the day of our wedding, we gave her a new title of photographer ++++++++++++++ because she helped in any way possible to make sure our day was executed flawlessly. I truly cannot put into words how much I appreciate all of her hard work. And there are zero words to describe the quality of her photos, and the final product blew any expectations that I may have had completely out of the water. Seeing the ideas that I had only dreamed of come to life in her photos was an unimaginable experience. It is still difficult to truly process the magnificent artwork that has she created or us. The memories of our wedding will live forever in the images that she so beautifully captured. I cannot thank her enough, nor can I praise her and recommend her enough!!!
