One of the rudest photographers I've ever worked with. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable and…read morerushed. We had our one and two year old with us taking family photos. We were late to our session and instead of creating a calm environment (with a 1 & 2 yr old) she made us feel unwanted and rushed. She told us to let them play for the photo then my one year old almost knocked down the backdrop because of that and then you could tell she got irritated and then proceeded to tell us to make sure to hold them and not let them run around? She wasn't very friendly with them which pissed me off. She had an assistant who did nothing and just stood there staring at us, no smiles, no laughs, no small talk from either of them, no help to try to get the toddlers to smile. My hair is all jacked in photos, she had me sit on the floor with a skin tight dress on, she got irritated because my two year old didn't want to sit on a chair for the photo. It was just an AWFUL experience. I was literally shaking when I left. The turnaround time for the photos take forever, 2 weeks for the ones she chooses and then another 3 weeks for the final edits. And though her contract states WITHIN 3 weeks she doesn't send them until last minute. Or she may just be doing that to me, idk. It's just been a really weird experience with this woman and I got the worst vibes from her. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I typically don't leave bad reviews but I had to warn people.

Nicole knew exactly how to capture the golden light, the color of the sky, and the little in-between moments that truly show our connection. She guided us with gentle direction, so our poses felt effortless and genuine. Plus she had our edited photos back to us sooner than expected, and every single image was beautifully finished. The second I saw Anne's work, I knew I had to book her, and she somehow exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment we arrived, she made the entire experience so comfortable and welcoming. She has an amazing selection of props, outfits, wraps, and setups for newborns, and you can tell how much thought and care she puts into every little detail. What I appreciated most was that we NEVER felt rushed. Anne took her time with every single shot and made sure our daughter was comfortable, relaxed, and happy throughout the entire session. We were able to do multiple outfits, poses, and scenes, and she was so patient through all of it. You can really tell she cares about the baby first and getting the perfect photo second. She also went above and beyond in ways I wasn't expecting. She offered to take photos and videos on our phones so we could have behind-the-scenes memories of the experience too. At one point she was literally helping take videos on my phone while also making sure everything with our daughter was perfect. Those little things meant so much to us. The whole session felt less like we were just there for a photoshoot and more like we were creating memories of such a special time in our lives. And the final photos... absolutely beautiful. She perfectly captured our daughter during this tiny newborn stage that goes by way too fast. These are photos we're going to keep forever. Overall, I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else after this experience. Anne is incredibly talented, patient, welcoming, and amazing with newborns. If we ever need photos again, she will be the first person we call. If you're doing your research like I was and wondering if you should book her, DO IT. You will not regret it.
