I had always wanted one, and prompted by my girlfriend's co-worker getting one, and the fact that I no longer live in the valley, I decided to get one. Riding a 3-wheel motorcycle in the dark (I was at the dealership for EIGHT HOURS while they got the bike ready!), on a vehicle that I was unfamiliar with, in Freeway traffic on the 101 at night, forced me to pull off and call AZ Motorcycle Towing rather than continue on up I-17. Called Brandy and, despite the distance involved and the time I called (around 20:00) she dispatched Ryan to get me home! After having been up since 05:00 that morning, not to mention spending ALL DAY at the dealership, I will forever be indebted to AZ Motorcycle Towing, despite not getting home until 23:30, and having to be up @ 04:00 for work.

My HUGEST apologies for not writing this review sooner! They definitely deserve it!…read more In a nut shell- HIGHLY RECOMMEND! That is for sales, service & repair shop! More details??? As others have stated, it is a family owned and run business. Somehow that makes a difference in the experience here. They truly are invested in your business. From the parents, to the (grown) children and to their spouses, all a JOY to deal with! Let's not forget the employee who did our walk through too. He had nothing but time and patience to answer all our newbie questions! (Sorry I forgot his name, Steve Tyler?) Last October we were down on Bell Road prospecting a new-used little SUV for the hopes of actually buying a little pull trailer in the future. In a year, we dreamed! Low and behold as we went to pick it up, upon doing a u-turn we seen Vans RV and there was a used A-frame right out front that looked perfect for what our eyes dreamed about while doing trailer research. We had to stop and have a look. Well I tell you, who knew within no time we would own that A-frame!!! Only sharing that to say... None of this purchase was planned and we had no idea about Van's or what to expect. Paul was the salesman and his wife Naomi did the paper work and such. What a sweet couple. Now we had a credit hiccup to work out, hence why the plan to search in a year... but they clearly have been doing this a long time and had connections with financing companies for perfect credit obviously, AND not so perfect as we were at that moment. Happily, it all worked out! This is a bit embarrassing to admit in a review but it has to be shared because Paul kept us calm and hopeful to go through the process of seeing who could help us! Happily we weren't as bad as we thought! Whew! I absolutely want to share that because this was not a huge sale being a used A-frame, but at EVERY step, the concern to make the sale was as if we were buying a 100G rig! We truly felt valued as a customer! As well they had a connection to a fella for a fair price to add the towing brake system to our vehicle. That was convenient. And this fella seemed to be as awesome as they are! Following the lead. Now, for the cherry on top..... Kevin in the service department!!!! Applause please! LOL Seriously though, this is what has made the biggest difference of all. Not only did they care when selling, the after purchase care has been just as personal and attentive. We had a blip over the battery and co2 alarm....this unit was used as mentioned.... some things cannot be foreseen. But Kevin took care of it all quickly, perfectly and fairly!!! Did I mention we were newbies???? Yep totally. Well, we are a bit handy and have been able to call for quick advice from Kevin. He has had much experience and expertise to share and guide us with! (We still love the particular solar suitcase recommendation) There is no push to get us in the bay. As a matter of fact he seems to recognize and suggest what could easily be done on our own (you know, such as just tightening things that could have shook loose, LOL, who knew?) THAT is integrity and is highly valued! Thanks again Kevin, your time to share has been truly appreciated and richly learned from to enhance our camping experiences. They are as close as you can come to a perfect company to buy from. Vans will be the first on my list if we upgrade. Got to admit the one flaw too, in all fairness. The business hours are tough to schedule around for working people. Thanks to you ALL for a great experience and after care too! Can wait, (cause we don't want to see you for break downs) but can't wait to show you what we did with our little piece of paradise trailer!!!

Our RV fridge had stopped cooling. Hubby was ill and couldn't do what he usually did and fix it…read more I called a company in the area I found online, but they couldn't do anything for two weeks and I had just bought groceries for the month... in other words, the meat was melting. They suggested I call Ted at TED'S MOBILE RV REPAIR to see if he could help sooner. It was mid-day on Friday and I called. Ted said that he was booked up through the end of the day and the first thing he had was Monday. We took it and bought ice to keep things cool. On Monday, Ted showed up and looked at the fridge, which needed a heating element. He was concerned about the electricity and mentioned it, as it wasn't working properly. He was able to put the two way RV fridge on gas (which hubby was too sick to do & I didn't have a clue about) and got the part ordered. We got a call in less than a week that the part was in and made an appointment. Ted came out and installed the part, but we found out that wasn't it, completely. The circuit board had serious issues and the electricity was only getting through sometimes - not good enough. Ted ordered the circuit board and instead of waiting until Monday, after the part came in, he showed up (after calling) on Saturday to get the board in. The circuit board Ted bought was a Dinosaur Electronic product, which provided a three (3) year warranty! Also: as our RV is older, we had been having issues with the propane regulator and had bought a new one for hubby to install, but he was still too ill to do so. Ted knew we had the regulator and pigtails and took the parts and installed them and we haven't had problems with the water heater turning itself off since! I know this is long, but Ted was not only an expert at what he does (and my husband, sick or not, recognized that), but he is a kind and thoughtful man. The price was right and the job done as quickly as he could do, once he received the ordered parts. He provided excellent service and it's been over a week and NO PROBLEMS with the fridge or the propane!!! We are recommending Ted's Mobile RV Repair of Glendale, Arizona and surrounding area.
