We always place large orders of 10+…read moreSonora‑style hot dogs to feed our whole family, and we've given them a lot of business over the years. On April 25th, we placed an order totaling $100.44. The payment left my Wells Fargo account on April 27th, and the transaction clearly shows it was paid on April 25th. I checked my entire April statement -- nothing was cancelled, refunded, or reversed. When we returned to place an order today 6/11/26, the vendor accused us of cancelling the transaction and insisted we still owed them money. I even showed them proof directly from my banking app, but they kept repeating the accusation. The only "proof" they could show us was a picture from their system with the same total, but it just said "open" -- no date, no timestamp, no transaction details. They couldn't provide any actual evidence that we hadn't paid. They then told us we had to pay cash for this order and that we were no longer allowed to order from them. After years of loyalty and large orders, being treated like this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Beware if you pay with a card -- this could happen to you. If their system glitches or they lose track of a transaction, they may blame you instead of checking their own records. We won't be returning.
