The honeymoon is over. Our last monthly yard maintenance was 7 months ago in Nov. 2020. In May I sent the owner, Brad, 2 emails over 5 weeks telling him I now had weeds, an irrigation system being held together with gorilla tape, needed general yard cleanup and asked when they would resume service again & received no reply to either. I finally texted their office & was told that AIM no longer does monthly yard maintenance, & that they were behind in telling clients of this. In 7 months they couldn't find the time to contact their clients?!? They have now left us hanging w/out service and scrambling to find another vendor for landscape maintenance. Good customer service is just as important as the work they do in the field, and in this they have failed miserably. read more

AIM Irrigation is amazing. I had them rock a slope that was getting away from me and I asked them to clean up my front yard. The work was done in record time and for a price that I could live with. I thought the rock on the slope was a little thin originally and Brad came out to check it out. He agreed and had some more rocks laid down. I was so happy that I didn't have to argue my point.
