I would have loved to say nothing but good things about a place like this. But there are some caveats: 1. The place may seem like a bargain basement, but the prices are actually not much cheaper than other toy stores (perhaps about 10% cheaper.) 2. Their inventory is not much different than what you find at other toy stores. 3. All sales are final (not only for discounted merchandise.) For those reasons, I prefer to shop elsewhere, say Mastermind.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen…read more My friend bought some parts and tools which were not the correct ones. I took them back today, and got such a hard time. They don't return any tools, even though they are sealed in the original packaging. They will however return anything like connectors, as long as they are in the original packaging. Because I didn't have my friends credit card they wouldn't return it though. They wanted to make me get my friend to come all the way back just to return this. When I spoke to the manager he said it's to stop people from returning things that companies bought, and they don't have the receipt. Obviously didn't make sense as I did have the receipt. I explained that his return policy was against the law, and not the same as what is iin writing and that I would contact the Ministry of Consumer Affairs-the only real group that has the power to help. He said to go ahead. While I was arguing with the manager about this one employee grabbed my arm, and I told him not to ever touch me again. The manager said he never touched me. I will admit it got a little heated towards the end when they would not refund my money, until that point I was civil, but when they seemed to make up their own rules I got angry. As I told these idiots, my company spends about $1000 per month at Sayal, mainly in Mississauga. Given I have the authority to decide where to buy, they just lost my business. All over an $83 bill. Good job guys.

Took us a long time to figure out who to go to to buy a video card…read more We initially went to the back to the geek squad and they told us to go to the middle section, the middle section told us to go to the front and the front told us to go back to geek squad... eventually we were sent to online pick up area where we were able to buy the video card there... but took about 20min for all this. The person working at online pick up was the most polite and helpful out of everyone in the store.
