It was going to be a massive project that would take about eight weeks and completely turn our home upside down. Thankfully, we decided to get another opinion and called Kevin. Instead of jumping straight into a huge demolition, he carefully investigated the issue, opened the walls where it actually made sense, and discovered that the leak was not from the old sink leak at all like the restoration company believed. The water was actually coming in through the windows when it rained. Even more shocking, once the walls were opened there was no mold at all, despite the restoration company being fully convinced it was growing inside the walls. Because of Kevin's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to truly figure out the root of the problem, he saved us tens of thousands of dollars, the nightmare of tearing apart our entire kitchen, and the stress of filing an insurance claim on our home. What could have been an 8-week ordeal turned into a straightforward fix thanks to him. Not one of them was done right and we had to have SW Gas come out because the stove/oven was leaking. Gas co. said, "Fittings were installed wrong." The dishwasher didn't clean because they didn't turn the hot water back on, and the microwave is mounted with the front about 1/2" lower than the back. (Door flies open when unlatched!)
