The other ingredients provide a nice crunch but are not easily identifiable. The nutritional information for a half cup serving (28g) are 150 calories and only 4 net carbs. There is 13 g of fat with 0g Trans fats. There is 3g of dietary fiber, and 3g of protein. All of this goodness and only 50mg of sodium.
