So fresh you can smell it and taste it (after you cook it of course). I usually get my beef cuts and pork shoulder cuts from here. Chicken is good too. Store front looks like crap, yes, I know, but meats are glorious. Best butcher shop in North Surrey as far as I'm concerned.

I've only had experience with the regular stuff and I've been very satisfied with the level of quality, service, and price. For instance when I approach the counter the owner is always prompt to greet me and for the pig trotters I always get, he'd give them a further shave and slice them into small pieces for me. I like the variety here and besides the standard burger items, this shop is definitely catered to an Asian kitchen: LongGang free range chicken, duck and chicken feet, various innards, pigs blood, intestine etc. For those into that type of stuff this is good place to find them and for those adventurous chefs open to trying new ingredients, this is a cool stop also.
