Wycoff Environmental was recommended to me by my mold remediation company, as I had previously utilized "Amazon" mold detectors. I was advised these DYI mold tests are thrown out in Court, so I needed a legitimate test. Jenny was professional, timely, knowledgeable and patient. I called her on a Thursday, she was at my house on a Friday. The reports were exceedingly detailed and included photographs and the company credentials. By Friday afternoon (same day), Jenny called me to go over the findings. By Tuesday, I had a PDF of the report (Monday was a national holiday). The Fee for the testing was reasonable and customary, and I was able to provide my attorney with this new data to help my case. When you don't know what to do and who to call, contacting Wycoff Environmental is a step in the right direction.

She only consults so she has integrity and she cares. Listen the woman could tell me I need 15 samples and I'd pay her for all 15 but she wouldn't do that. I always want more air samples than she ends up taking and that's because she stops my overkill and anxiety when it comes to water damage. These other companies just want my money but Jenny wants the relationship

I had two small projects that needed someone who knew what they were doing--and that wasn't me! I…read moreused the project section of Yelp to ask for handyman services. After reviewing the answers that I received, I sent a message to Flanagan's Labor & Handyman Services and we arranged a date and time. Kyle arrived within minutes of the scheduled time after informing me that he would be here in a short time after our set time. One of the jobs involved putting a replacement floodlight on my back patio. I don't have a step ladder tall enough to reach to do it myself. The second was fixing a toilet paper holder that had been giving me grief trying to fix it myself, unsuccessfully. Kyle arrived with a sturdy, tall, step ladder and a bag of tools that he uses for his work. In no time, the two projects were completed. I was very pleased with the results and I'm pleased that I chose Flanagan's. Kyle is a polite and personable young man. He is also very good at what he does. I envy his ability to do these repair things. If I have any other jobs like this, I'll text Kyle and arrange his servcies directly. He deserves the full 5 stars!

Got my kitchen painted and it was the WORST home improvement experience I've EVER had!!!…read more The crew showed up without coverings for their shoes and didn't even have all the proper equipment for the job (I had to loan them a step ladder). They completely rushed through painting my kitchen and missed TONS of spots. So much so that I had to point out the different places they missed 5 DIFFERENT TIMES and they still didn't get everything right before leaving. I shouldn't have to play foreman to a "professional" painting crew. They didn't remove any outlet covers or blinds in order to do a thorough job, poorly taped off different areas of the kitchen and then didn't remove all the tape after they "finished," and even spilled on my carpet because there was no floor covering put down. I ended up spending over 2 hours repainting the kitchen myself the next day because the work was done so poorly. To top everything off, I overheard one of the workers cursing HATE SPEECH against people of alternate lifestyles in Spanish multiple times while they were there. When I had to talk to the supervisor on the phone (3 separate times), she first tried to gaslight me into believing her crew was doing the job correctly. I then had to explain to her the truth of the entire situation because her workers were telling her lies in Spanish saying they did everything correctly. She did offer an apology and a discount to use her company on a "future" project (not the current one), but I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to ANYONE. Plus, they ONLY take Zelle (or cash) which was VERY inconvenient. This company had great reviews which is why I went with them initially for the job. However, I have NO IDEA how they received the glowing reviews because I could not have been more disappointed with how everything went down. I would NOT recommend using Mr. E Does it All for ANYTHING when it comes to your home. My kitchen was blue before they "painted" it, but these few pics don't even do the AWFUL job they did, justice.
