    I wanted to replace my old over the range microwave that only had a recirculation function instead of exhausting cooking odors to the outside. This is a project I could have undertaken myself but definitely would have taken me 2-3 days and unnoticeable drywall repair is not a skill I possess, so I wanted to check to see if I could get priced out of going it alone. A quick search for handyman companies resulted in me finding Mr. E. I reached out and was in contact with Mariana whose communication was greatly appreciated as she answered all of my questions and responded quickly. I was given an estimate based on several pictures and a description of my project. After agreeing to the estimated price my appointment was scheduled for Saturday 11/8. Rueben and Flor arrived around 8:45 and got started right away by looking over my project and taking measurements to cut into my ceiling. 2 access points were made so the ductwork for my new hood could be installed. Rueben then cut a hole outside for the exhaust vent cap and then installed all the ductwork and hood. Rueben and Flor are very hard workers and did a great job and minimalized the dust and debris by putting up plastic. I would definitely use Mr. E. again for future projects. If you have a potentially complex project make sure to request someone comes out first who will be working on the project to look over everything so your estimate is as accurate as possible.

    I can't say enough good things about Marianna and Mr. E. From the start they were prompt, courteous, and fair even in their texts. Our was a bit of an emergency since several of the major appliances in our house were shot following a kitchen renovation. We were a little panicked because we discovered this just two days before Christmas so getting someone was likely to be unsuccessful. Mr. E came to the rescue. Marianna was not only helpful but kind and really listened to what we needed. She assured us that her team would get it done and they came several hours later and performed like champs. Their work was beautiful and they remained considerate and conscientious throughout. I'd hire them again in a second and am recommending them to my property manager who knows good people are hard to find.

    This was challenging to unscrew and thankfully Ruben got the job done!

    3 stucco holes

    I called Mr E on short notice for a few HOA issues to repair holes in the stucco. Ruben arrived when he said he would, and got straight to work. He made the repairs to seamlessly match the existing stucco, even without providing him any paint. Ruben has pride in his work, and could problem fix anything. I look forward to calling him out to the house again.

The technician failed to show up on time for the initial appointment. When he finally arrived and performed the "repair," he actually managed to break the drain line. This required a follow-up visit, which only added to the downtime and my growing frustration. To make matters worse, after paying $275 for what I thought was a completed fix, I realized the unit still wasn't functioning. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this, the administration was incredibly unprofessional. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there. It is not the customer's job to perform quality control on a professional repair. Now, I am back at square one, out $275, and having to figure out a new issue caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise staying away from this company. Save your money and your sanity; go with someone who is punctual, skilled, and actually values their customers. **Will not recommend.** Update. Now 4/19 the dishwasher is completely stuck in heavy cycle and not starting at all. You can say all you want about your "professional repair", but at this point it's easier to get a new dishwasher than keep paying for every part to be replaced at extra cost. The technician had to comeback several times over 2.5 weeks and it's still broken. I reached out to your technician initially to request additional repair but asked for another person since the first guy who fixed my fridge awhile back did a great job. I started receiving messages from another person who never introduced himself and was extremely unprofessional, texting me rude messages and at this point I don't feel safe using you at all.

    I reached out through Yelp to receive quotes for a repair to an appliance in my home. I received…read moreseveral quotes from different providers. Reputable Repair provided me with what appeared to be a fair quote, and I messaged back and forth with the repair technician, and we agreed on a date and time for an appointment the next day. About 2 hours before our scheduled time, I was informed by them that the technician would not be able to make it to our appointment. Less than 1 minute later, I replied back asking when we could reschedule. I sent a follow up message a few hours later, and as of now, more than 24 hours later, I have been ghosted by this company. I have only 2 days per week to get things around my home completed because of my work schedule, and now will not be able to get this item repaired until next week. I understand that things suddenly can come up, but in my opinion, when you go out of your way to earn someone's business by responding to a quote request, schedule an appointment, and then bail on that appointment and MOST IMPORTANTLY fail to follow up in a reasonably timely manner, indicating whether you intend to take on the job, this is missing the mark with your service. It only takes a few seconds or a minute to reply to a customer. I still have a problem that needs to be solved, and now have lost a week of time because of poor communication from this company. Follow Up: The technician did follow up with me several minutes after leaving this review, and offer to come out tonight. Michael seems like a nice gentleman, and indicated that he had an emergency. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. We will be taking our business elsewhere, however, and wish this company the best. I have adjusted my review from 1-star to 2-stars. Communication in this instance could have been much better.
