The fact that she has over 10+years experience is the reason why I keep going to her. I've used her services for a variety of things including lash lifts, sugaring and threading. While getting waxed isn't the most pleasant feeling ever, Ruth somehow finds a way to take her time but still make it feel like it's not hours on end. Even though I don't go often, she still remembers who I am which goes to show how much she appreciates her customers. My last experience was at 8 months pregnant and I was terrified since it is supposed to hurt more and the fact that I can't take advil. It honestly wasn't that bad with what I had built in my head and I think a big part of it was Ruth! While I may not go consistently (because of my own laziness) I will always go back :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenni. We came in for my teenage daughter's very first…read moreeyebrow shaping, and as a mom, I was probably more nervous about it than she was. I wanted someone who would understand that this wasn't about changing her face or giving her a completely new brow shape, I just wanted her natural brows gently cleaned up and preserved. Jenni was absolutely incredible from the moment we met her. She listened to everything we wanted, explained exactly what she was going to do before she did it, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and included throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly careful and conservative with her brows and somehow managed to make them look polished and beautiful while still looking completely like HER. Nothing was overdone, nothing was too thin, and nothing felt "grown up" or inappropriate for a teenager. It was exactly what I had hoped for. But what really made the experience special was Jenni herself. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, warmest, most personable people you could meet. She wasn't simply providing a service, she was caring for my daughter. She talked to her, reassured her, made her laugh, explained things to her, and treated her with so much kindness and patience. You can immediately tell that she cares deeply about the people sitting in her chair. There are people who are excellent at what they do, and then there are people who somehow make you feel lucky that you crossed paths with them. Jenni is both. For a teenager's first brow experience, I honestly cannot imagine having chosen anyone better. My daughter walked out feeling beautiful, confident, and still completely herself, and as her mom, that meant everything to me. KD Brows is incredibly lucky to have Jenni. She is talented, thoughtful, gentle, professional, caring, and just an all-around beautiful human being. We will absolutely be coming back to her.
