There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. Communication was great leading up to our event and on the actual day of my party, Lisa was on time and worked efficiently to get the balloons setup for the birthday before our scheduled start time. When they came to pick up the balloons after the event, she made take down look so easy and there was no mess since all balloons were popped into a garbage bag.
