Went & purchased them (right after my aunt just made a $108 purchase at this place) & realized immediately after she ran my card an ornament is damaged. Her response "oh I wish I didn't already run it." It was the only one so I couldn't replace it, & apparently there's no refunds. Ok so I'm standing right here, you know your product is damaged because I haven't moved, know I can't afford to waste money since I'm out of work with my injury, but won't refund me $7 after BOTH of our purchases? She said I could pick out anything in the store for an equal price to exchange, but I didn't want anything else in there, I'd looked. Between the two of us we spent $135 & she couldn't refund me $7. Ya know, if YOUR business is in the wrong & you clearly sold damaged goods.. you change your policy for the situation. Nope, not here. She could've cared less. This lady is all about her money. No heart. My mother, grandmother, & other aunt wanted to come back tomorrow since we went without them today, but my entire family is sick to their stomach this lady was so about her policy & not any compassion. Be careful, she'll sell you broken stuff. She'll put on a good show like she cares though in the beginning though. Thanks for "helping" my anxiety.

There are 3,000 square feet of studios located in a two story building. Resident artists include a ceramicist, fine art painters, a fiber artist, and a lampwork beaded jewelry artist. Artists studios include Originals Art Studio, Bennet studio, Weaving Studio, Havana Beads, Air BNB, Aya Fiber Studio, and Clay Space. At the studios you can shop and take classes. Small classes have resumed at the Aya Fiber Studio and Clay Space. When you finish perusing the art you can join the Port Salerno Ghost Tour, grab a craft beer or ice cream at the Twisted Craft & Creamery, or dine at the Twisted Tuna next door. I engaged Lisa from the backstreet gallery to do a wall art sculpture for my club. She had made…read morewall plates before but never did anything quite this massive so we thought we could work together and get it done. I showed her pictures of what I would like. After the initial 5400.00 I spent I was very unhappy. She had made mostly clear plates with color which cannot go on a wall because the wall shows through, and although the plates were beautiful, they were not appropriate for what we were doing. I had told her I wanted something that popped and clear does not achieve that. She made some additional plates which were still translucent but better along with two solid colors, which I loved. Finally I thought we had figured it out and asked her to replace more of the many clear plates I was still stuck with. Another 2400.00 and still I had customers asking what we were trying to accomplish. I told her what I wanted but she still didn't get it. Now she has decided that there is no solution and I guess I am stuck with a 7800.00 wall of art which is not only what I don't like, but what many of my customers think is awful. Framing I had…read morerecently moved, and one of my pieces had the glass broken and needed to be replaced. I was searching for something local to get it repaired before more damage was done by the glass and found Palm City Art & Frame. I called over the and the super helpful guy on the phone advised I tape the glass first before driving it over, and walked through the various glass options that they had, and gave me some ballpark pricing. I popped over there a few days later to get the item repaired and again - the person working there was extremely knowledgeable about all the various pieces / parts that made up the frame that I had (it was extensively matted etc.) Long story short- they did an excellent job of repairing the glass, re-framing it and getting it back to me in a few days time. They also have a large selection of frame styles available for those of you who need to frame something and as mentioned, they really are great with what works, and what might not, with a particular piece of art. I had the opportunity to watch them interact with a customer before me and they waked them through the whole process: choose a frame style, matting, choices of colors, what makes it "pop" and what doesn't etc. Highly recommended and I will use them again.
