The crew and bosses came in frigid weather and worked hard and to save money we had them stack large pieces of the tree in the corner of our yard. The only thing they couldn't finish was the large amount above the stump, it was frozen and we were told they would come back in the spring to do the final cutting. In the spring we called to set up a time and at first I got no response but my husband tried and we were told a day they would come out and finish, they never came. I also had an issue how I paid them and because of how they had me write the check I cannot prove to my insurance company the work was done as the invoice doesn't match the name on the check so we cannot get back a portion of the insurance money ( the depreciation they hold back until the work is done). I am grateful for most of what was done but by not coming back and finishing as promised I find I could not recommend them nor use them again
