You would go up to the counter and order what tapas you wanted (finger food) and then at the end your waitress/waiter would come and tally up everything you ate and you paid the final bill. We got a wider variety of their tapas that ranged from meat to seafood and even different types of bruschetta. All of it was so fresh and tasted amazing.
