Technician Dmitry v did a great job installing our new dishwasher. Courteous and responsible.

The cooling freezer fan broke in my new fridge and after 3-4 failed attempts from various other companies either not showing up or just not repairing it, Alex was the only one who came thru. Repaired in minutes after being broken for 3 weeks. Also dog friendly. Would recommend! read more

Horrible customer service. Had issue with refrigerator parts and Axis is the third party dealing with the warranty. Russian accent speaking Man came in holding a red cooler with a brown piece of wood on top of it that looked like he made as a home made seat to put parts inside. Walked in and asked what the issue was. Didn't have parts in yet so I also showed him the middle drawer is broken and wobbly, he said it's fine nothing is wrong, and then tried to race out the door. I followed him and wanted him to check out another portion of the refrigerator but he was in his car and rolled his window down to tell me "it's impossible we need the part". He doesn't even know what the issue is how the hell he going to know what part to order. Horrible service. DO NOT Recommend. read more

Over promises and under delivery I submitted a request to get our wine refrigerator look at. A rep from Axis quickly messaged and mentioned that they service these appliances. Then, they sent me another message saying a senior tech's schedule opened up and can come by right away. I asked to confirm if they indeed serve my area since they are located elsewhere. To my surprise, the rep responded "Hello, let me see if we have available techs in your area". I was confused since they told me someone is available. Then, I waited for 20 min and asked io confirm before I send my phone number and address. Total silence after that. Would you look at the requestor's zip code before telling people you service their area? If this is how to deal with scheduling, I would not let touch anything in my house even if it is free. Don't waste your time. Go with another company for your repairs. read more

Yet again our home warranty (First American) assigned us to this provider for an appliance repair and yet again they made an appointment to service our appliance and then completely flaked and didn't show up. I called once towards the end of our service window to double check on timing and I was told the tech would be out about an hour and a half later. When that time came and went (with no call to me to let me know) the office basically said oh well let's just reschedule for tomorrow and roll the dice to see if we show up for that appointment. Absolutely the worst company! Do not use them! At this point First American should be liable for contracting with unreliable vendors, but then again that's the point, then they don't have to pay for claims for service. read more

Our microwave stopped working (it wasn't able to heat up food). I quickly scoured whoever could help us as soon as possible. Alex was great and responsive, able to show up on a weekend. He was prompt, thorough, and was transparent in the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem along with checking the price before executing with the solution. In the end, it was the magnetron that needed replacing and Alex was able to fix our microwave. We're back to heating up food again, yay! Really appreciate Alex and his courteousness, honesty, and transparency. read more

Terrible. I don't know how they even have 3.9 unless they are paying people to review them. My property manager found this company to fix my dishwasher which has a digital panel and was not operating correctly. I had a first appt where Alexy came out. Not a very friendly guy. Didn't smile or tell me his name, nothing. I was also perturbed that the customer service woman told me that he was going to be 10-15 mins then turned around and said 45 mins then said oh I have you mistaken with someone else?!?! Weird? When he did show up it took him 2 hours to drill and drill and do whatever he was doing just to tell me he needed a part. Okay..... he said the part would take about 10-14 days. Then he told the owner a week. He also quoted him $500 for the repair! He said the issue was that water was getting into the panel but I didnt see anything open or broken in the panel. Weird. I get a text after 9pm (unprofessional IMO) a couple weeks later that the part came in and that they wanted to schedule a follow up. So I scheduled an appt for follow up. Alexy showed up again and rang the bell alerting my dog which disturbed my work (I clearly ask them to please call me when they are outside so they can be let in. But they didn't seem to care.) He came in and two hours later left without even telling me!!! I was home the whole time and my bedroom door was open. He didn't even close my door all the way when he left or lock it! WTF? If I was paying for them I wouldn't. I wouldn't even hire them. Poor customer service, unfriendly, poor time management and I found out from the customer service woman Irene that he ordered the wrong part. DId he tell me? No, he left without any warning AND to make matters worse, he messed up the alignment of the washer so it is off with the rest of the cabinets now! Usually when you leave dont you need a signature that the job is done? Wouldn't the customer assume then the issue is fixed? Terrible. We ended up going with another company. Save yourself the headache. Go with another company if you want your problems resolved. read more

Quick, and easy. They needed to order a part, came back a week later, everything was fixed. SERG was very polite, I had him both times.

Our refrigerator ice maker stopped working and needed to be repaired. I called around a few businesses through Yelp and was able to get a technician from Axis to come out and troubleshoot. Before arrival, I received a text and phone call saying the technician was on their way with an estimated ETA. The technician (Dmitrii) arrived on time and got to work right away. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and advised the part failed and needs to be replaced. He gave me a clear expectation of a repair timeline and was able to place an order for the part right away. He also followed up after the repair providing a tentative follow up appointment to replace the broken part. Once the part arrived, he confirmed on the appointment time and came by and replaced the professionally and quickly. One caveat, if you are going to hire them, they have an Oceanside phone number who schedules all of their appointments, while not a local number they do have a local branch with local technicians. Overall great customer service! read more

This is an update to my last review. I had made an appointment for Friday the 31, 2026. They set the appt for 8-11. When I called to confirm the day before they said it would be 11-2. Then at 2:30, I called to ask when the technician was arriving. They said between 3-4. We waited til 5:30 and no one showed up so we left for dinner. Again no call or anything. On Sunday, Aug 2, the company called to reschedule it was made for today between 4-7. At 4:22 o received a call the tech would arrive within the hour. At 7:45 still no show. I called their dispatch who told me the tech went home. Again, no call advising is he quit for the day. Completely disrespectful. We asked to have him out first thing in the morning. The dispatcher refused to accommodate but offered first thing Saturday. We will see. Called and advised Home warranty company of this current issue. We will see if this gets anything done either. This company demonstrates no respect for its customers. They have the part, I just need my refrigerator working! read more

The worst appliance repair company. They've been out 6 times to repair a dishwasher and continue to replace the same parts so they don't recommend a replacement dishwasher to our warranty company. They stood my tenant up after they scheduled an appt for the 5th time. Stay away from this company and you'll be happy you did! We are going into month three waiting for our dishwasher to be repaired from Axis. read more

Would like to update my review. Finally the 4th time they sent someone out that actually new what he was doing... shout out to Alex for finally fixing our freezer took him about 20 minutes ... if you need something fixed make sure they send him. Great job... finally read more

Thank you Serg for completing our dishwasher repair with skill and ease! We are thankful to be back on track again. Great job!

Axis Appliance Repair came to my residence 3 times from May 1, 2025 through June 6th where our Profile GE Microwave was not heating up. They were dispatched through my Home Warranty (First American Home Warranty) which are some of reasons extended repair time. The repairman arrived on 5/1 ordered power voltage part, installed part on May 17. However, it was discovered Magnetron was failing intermittently. Part ordered, but had delays from First American Home Warranty to approve the part. Dmitrii S arrived on June 6th at noon, and he successfully installed Magnetron part, and reinstalled the microwave in mounted cabin very quickly. He displayed a good job done. Unfortunately, the very next day after Axis Appliance repairs, the wife used the microwave for popping pop-corn, and microwave stopped with an F4 error when pressing the Popcorn button on microwave. I updated First American Warranty. I changed their rating from 4 stars to 1 stars. To minimize the impact of no microwave to household, I picked up a cheap microwave from Home Depot. read more

This is the WORST repair company I have ever dealt with. Our ice maker broke in May and they still have not fixed. They have no-showed or not made to the 4 hour window of time promised more than 4 times, including today. There is no end in sight of getting this fixed nor do I think they are competent enough to complete the work. STAY AWAY. read more

Customer support was fast and friendly. The technician arrived between the window of time set. He went above and beyond to test the refrigerator and fix it. Surge or Serge was awesome and 100 percent has my business. I highly recommend this company for repairs and fast reliable help! Thank you for coming out so fast and providing 5 star service! Please extend my gratitude to your tech Serge or Surge. I apologize I do not know how to spell his name. Great value for the job! read more

I called the company and as a senior, they gave me a good rate. At first, I was skeptical when you text the owners they do text you back. If your repair man is running late, all you have to do is call the company and they will find him in route and send him back or check in with him and see what's going on so I appreciated that ! read more

Very fast and high quality repair for my stove. Communicative and timely. Oleksii was my technician!

Great communication, on time, very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend from our experience.

I'm writing to share my recent experience with a service request that was poorly handled by one of your subcontractors (AXIS) . I believe this reflects poorly on your company, and I hope you'll consider reviewing your relationship with this vendor. After submitting a service request for my dryer, it took over a week for a technician to come out. Once on-site, the technician informed me that a part needed to be ordered and that it would take another week once the part arrived. However, two weeks passed with no update. When I followed up, I was told the order hadn't even been approved yet. A few days later, I was informed the part would be shipped directly to me--which arrived a week later via Amazon. Once I had the part, I called to schedule the technician to return, and they told me it would take another two weeks to come back out. At that point, I lost confidence in the process and called a local appliance repair company. They came within 48 hours and fixed my dryer on the spot. Because of this extremely delayed and frustrating experience, I decided to cancel my home warranty with First American. I encourage your team to reevaluate your partnerships with service providers like the one I dealt with. Their lack of communication and efficiency reflects poorly on your company. read more

Not great. They said they would provide a part and then we had to hound them to come back and deliver the part and the next guy came out and said the first guy was new and did not know what he was talking about so they would not get the part for us. read more

Alex was great--super prompt, professional, and very helpful. The hood on our microwave had broken and the cover wasn't going back properly over the exhaust. Alex quickly identified the issue, knew exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it efficiently. read more

Great experience! Alex was great. He was on time for our appointment and within 15min diagnosed the issue with my dryer. He immediately ordered the replacement parts needed. A few days later once the parts arrived, he installed and tested my dryer. He took extra care and also changed out internal fuses to prevent future issues prolonging the longevity of my dryer. Now it works perfectly! read more

IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET DISRESPECTED by tech in your own home ( do NOT ever call Axis Appliance for any repair ) Find someone else ! The technician was: - NOT friendly - NON responsive - FULL of attitude - you cant even ask any question ( what the hell ) - like he never wated to be there - disrespectful 2OO% For NO reason , what have this world come to ..., i had to take time and give my two cents :( NEVER ever i am using them again - i suggest the same to all read more

Sergei was amazing! I loved everything he did! Amazing service! I highly recommend you use this company.

Everything about this company can be improved! From their horrible customer service to their extremely unprofessional workers to their lack of service. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone and I have worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. The WORST! read more

If I could give this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. My friend has been waiting nearly TWO WEEKS for a simple dryer repair through a contractor sent by American Home Shield, and the level of incompetence has been unbelievable. First, appointments were scheduled and we rearranged our entire schedules to be there... only for them to not show up. Then we were told someone "forgot to put her on the schedule." How does that even happen when people are taking time off work to be home for you? After all that waiting, they finally showed up today... and brought the wrong part, meaning absolutely nothing was fixed. So once again, more waiting. And the excuse? "Parts take 10 days to come in." Are we living in the stone age? In 2026 it should not take this long to get a basic appliance part, especially when customers are already being inconvenienced. What's even worse is the complete lack of respect for people's time. Not everyone can just sit around all day waiting for a repair company that may or may not show up. Management needs to be made aware of this immediately and someone needs to reach out to make this right. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your schedule, and basic customer service, I would strongly think twice before relying on this company... read more

I reached out via yelp for help with a repair for my washing machine after exhausting all my efforts with google and you tube videos. They answered very promptly and were able to come out the same day to look at it. The technician was very honest and knowledgeable. We didn't end up using them for the actual repair because he was able to advise on a new part we needed and could easily install ourselves. He offered to come back again to help us if the new part didn't fix the issue (which it did thankfully) . I would definitely use this company again if I needed another appliance repair. read more

Issues with this company : - they give arrival time windows that they don't show up for on time or they just don't show up at all. No communication about being late. They will wait for you to call them & they never call you back with an update or they call hours later. - they send techs who are not familiar with the appliance, making you have to schedule more appointments. - they always order the wrong parts which delays everything - my fridge has been out since September & it's now almost Jan. Still fridge has not been fixed due to misdiagnosis, ordering wrong parts, techs not arriving or arriving hours after the appointment time in which I was not able to be home last minute * If you sit at home all day & don't need your day to day appliance then this is the company for you! read more

Serge was professional and provided quality work. Thank you for assisting in the repair of my dryer. Happy Holidays!
