In fact, before finding them, I contacted several appliance repair companies, and every one of them told me they worked on every brand except Samsung. That alone speaks volumes about the expertise this company offers. Not only did they repair my Samsung refrigerator's ice maker, but they also fixed my Samsung dryer, which had stopped drying properly. The technician went above and beyond by explaining everything in detail, answering all of my questions, and making sure I understood the repairs. I called Daniel, who happened to be in the neighborhood and was here in a mere 20 minutes. He identified the problem, called the parts supplier, found what was needed was in stock, ran out to get the part, came back a few minutes later and finished the job. Maybe I should say "parts" since he asked if I wanted to replace both of the shelf supports. Given the age of the dishwasher, the fact that they're plastic and that one had already just broken, that seemed like an excellent idea that hadn't crossed my mind until he mentioned it. Afterward, he simply stated that repairing the washer would cost the maximum amount to fix and suggested I should just buy a new washer instead. He identified the issue as the motor, but when I asked how he came to that conclusion, he struggled to provide a clear explanation and appeared unsure of his own diagnosis. A trustworthy and professional repair technician would normally walk the customer through the issue, explain what was found, and show evidence of the problem before recommending a costly replacement. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on this interaction, I do not feel confident in the accuracy of the diagnosis or the integrity of the service provided.
