It was determined that a tech would need to come home and diagnose the problem for a charge. I agreed and proceeded to schedule a tech visit. After waiting for the tech to show up at the time agreed, the tech called me to let me know he got tied up and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. We did, and tech confirmed that he would be here between 10 and 12 PM. I proceeded to move around my schedule to make sure I would be home for the tech's visit, around 10 AM I reached out to the tech to confirm he was on his way and he texted me that he would not be able to make it until after 3 PM. Not what we had agreed on. I communicated to him that I made arrangements to make sure I would be here at the time agreed and he never responded. I called the main office and they told me to expect a call from the tech, The tech never called me or responded to my call. At 3:30 PM, I call the main office and tried to get an explanation of what happened but I was just told that they were going to reach to the tech again. I just cancelled the request. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Warning SEXIST RACIST MAN…read more... They lied to me in my own home, saying that they would report to LG that my TV had no fix. I got sick with COVID a few days later I don't leave my house and haven't had any visitors because of the new COVID strain since I suffer from sever asthma yet got sick with COVID after this technicians visit. I had no energy or strength to get out of bed. When I did feel better I called LG I needed a working TV SINCE I can't any longer visit the cinema, And during my recovery I noticed how important it was to have a working tv that's didn't feel like it was going to cause me a Seizure. They said I had to deal with them again because they notated my LG tv was fixed, a lie this person put in his notes because in my home he said he would notate that this issue was not fixable not

Unfortunately, either Bob did not understand how to install the new parts / wasn't sure if had everything he need to fix it (though the order was filled by FAHW). After asking what the specific part issues were (right parts, complete parts, etc.) so I could help.... Bob verbalized he did want to sit on hold with tech support, had other clients that had no A/C issues for a longer period of time and offered to dump the parts on my driveway, before he hung up on me. So we are in week three and I am having to hire a third party to verify his work.

The only reason I used them is because First American Home Warranty (just as terrible) used them as one of their companies under warranty. These people came to "fix" my AC at a unit I just purchased AND MADE IT WORSE. They literally just came and put THE WRONG TYPE OF COOLANT in my unit causing damage to the compressor. They did not check for leaks or anything and put "found no mechanical failures" on the report even though there were MULTIPLE found when I hired an outside company to check their work. Now my AC is totally shot and needs to be replaced...but they are on vacation while I am stuck living in a 91 degree home in FL in the middle of the summer, because they did not do their job. They came to fix the unit back in mid-JUNE and over a month later they STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY MADE WORSE! When trying to resolve this issue with them they have been totally unresponsive and unprofessional. We have tried calling numerous times and the couple times we got through Christine was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!

Exceptional job!…read more Turns out I had been living with a 17 year old air conditioner that was pulling way too much power, as well as constantly dripping (which I learned was due to the previous "service" company's failure to install the replacement air handler properly). The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete. It took me two months to decide after their initial visit and they never pushed or pressured... just answered my next set of questions. That is the way to get my business!

So I went to Yelp and my husband went to facebook to look for a repair company. This company and the owner, Steve Cohen, was so highly recommended on facebook, we decided to call. Within 45 minutes of the call Sean was at the door. Not only did he quickly repair the refigerator but he took a look at the dryer that was making a really bad noise. Thankfully, he was so honest. The drum was damaged and even though it could be replaced, he said it's a costly repair and would be better just to buy a new dryer. I highly recommend this company, they respond to calls quickly, they are honest, reasonable, and they work on LG appliances. I had no idea, no one likes to repair LG.
