History
Established in 2022.
HIQFIX LLC was established in 2022 with the goal of providing honest, professional, and reliable in-home appliance repair service for local homeowners.
The idea behind HIQFIX Appliance Repair is simple: customers deserve more than a quick temporary fix. They deserve a technician who takes the time to diagnose the real cause of the problem, explain the repair options clearly, and help them make the right decision.
Over time, our business has grown through local recommendations, repeat customers, and word of mouth. HIQFIX stands for “High Quality Fix,” and that remains the standard we try to bring to every service call.
Meet the Business Owner: Alex K.
My name is Alex, and I’m the owner of HIQFIX Appliance Repair. I started this business because I believe appliance repair should be honest, clear, and professional.
When I visit a customer’s home, my goal is not just to replace parts. I take the time to diagnose the appliance, explain what is happening, and help the customer understand the best repair option. If a repair does not make financial sense, I believe in being upfront about it.
As the owner, I personally care about the quality of the work and the way every customer is treated. Most of our business comes from local recommendations and repeat customers, so reputation is very important to me.
My goal is to build HIQFIX Appliance Repair into a trusted local company known for reliable service, honest work, and respectful communication.
