Call them FIRST for: HVAC Plumbing Electrical I've been working with this team since roughly 2012 when I was having problems with my York AC system. They worked with me and the manufacturer to fix the system under the manufacturers extended warranty over the course of two years when the original vendor couldn't get it right after 5 years of trouble. The only reasons it took 2 years is that I had a significant uphill struggle with the manufacturer honoring their warranty in year 1 and also because the system only failed to work during the hottest months of the year. Innovative did significant rip and replace of the original install and finally got the system working trouble free for years. In 2018 I purchased a new house and they installed my HVAC system EXACTLY the way I wanted it. They did an EXCELLENT job and I have had NO PROBLEMS for 2 years. PERFECT! They also removed the failed solar water heater and replaced it with a standard electric heater. The unit came from Home Depot and failed with 6 months. They came back and fixed (including managing the exchange) for the cost of labor which is totally fair. The faulty heater was not their fault. When I had city water installed at the house by a plumber (before I knew Innovative does some plumbing work depending...) there was some adjusting that was required by the contractor installing the city water lines. The contractor that came out highly praised the workmanship on Innovative's water heater installation job. That's not something I hear often. This year (2020) I learned that they do electrical work and worked with the team on work a previous contractor botched. The previous contractor installed a 220V outlet for an EV fast charging station. The original electrician's work failed after 90 days and they refused to come out and repair their work. The Innovative team was able to show me the burned out circuit breaker that was the point of failure in the previous work. They walked me through all of the issues with the prior installation (including wrong breaker size, incorrect wire gauge, incorrect outlet type which had caused me to purchase an adapter (which was incorrect)). They looked at the EV equipment I had and what I was trying to accomplish, obtained parts and redid all of the work for less than what I paid for the original install. I highly recommend this team! I am so grateful to Ernesto and the rest of the Innovative Cooling team for sticking with me through some very hard to solve problems, difficult manufacturer warranty issues and generally being just plain AWESOME!

Took care of everything. Exceptional job!…read more Turns out I had been living with a 17 year old air conditioner that was pulling way too much power, as well as constantly dripping (which I learned was due to the previous "service" company's failure to install the replacement air handler properly). The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete. It took me two months to decide after their initial visit and they never pushed or pressured... just answered my next set of questions. That is the way to get my business!

When the original contractor hadn't even contacted us after more than two days and the weekend was approaching, we reached out to Wayne Group. Even though it was after hours, someone answered the phone right away. The representative I spoke with promised to call me the next morning, and she did exactly as promised. They had a technician out that same afternoon. Anthony quickly diagnosed what appeared to be the issue. Later that evening, the A/C acted up again, and despite it being after hours, Anthony answered my call and walked me through what was happening. We determined the thermostat was likely the problem. The very next morning (Saturday), they followed up to check on everything and ordered the thermostat. Then, first thing Monday morning, Anthony returned to install it, and the A/C has been working perfectly ever since. With this Florida heat and a 6-year-old in the home, having our A/C restored so quickly meant a great deal. Their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and follow-through were outstanding. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually does what they say they're going to do. I highly recommend Wayne Group & Services and truly appreciate the excellent service they provided.
