Especially when visitors would come over & go to use it. Of course they didn't know the trick so it would be an annoying mess. I called my home appliance warranty company who I was paying every month & they said they don't repair ice makers on the fridge. I called Alton Appliances & Mr Jose showed up & repaired it the same day and it has been working properly ever since. He was polite, professional & solved my problem with ease & was very reasonable. Thank You Mr Jose. . I highly recommend Alton Appliances. .

He called me back and came around 12:30 pm. He diagnosed correctly the problem. I bought the part myself and the next day he came and installed it. A service tech comes out the next day, says he can't find the leak, charges me $59.95 for the "service call," and leaves. The next day, the dishwasher leaks. This time I get the manager/owner Tony on the phone, who is rude and defensive that I complained having to pay the service fee without any repair being done, saying that "it's probably a leaky gasket" but "nobody carries gaskets on the truck." Before he hangs up, he says he would have to call his supplier for an estimate on the price of the parts and call me back to schedule a follow-up. That was 1 week ago and I still haven't heard from them. Basically they charged me $60, didn't make a repair, and pretended it was MY fault. This business is operating on incompetence and fraud.

Took care of everything. Exceptional job!…read more Turns out I had been living with a 17 year old air conditioner that was pulling way too much power, as well as constantly dripping (which I learned was due to the previous "service" company's failure to install the replacement air handler properly). The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete. It took me two months to decide after their initial visit and they never pushed or pressured... just answered my next set of questions. That is the way to get my business!

I just had the best experience with these guys…read more The refrigerator was leaking, nothing like coming home to a puddle of water. So I went to Yelp and my husband went to facebook to look for a repair company. This company and the owner, Steve Cohen, was so highly recommended on facebook, we decided to call. Within 45 minutes of the call Sean was at the door. Not only did he quickly repair the refigerator but he took a look at the dryer that was making a really bad noise. Thankfully, he was so honest. The drum was damaged and even though it could be replaced, he said it's a costly repair and would be better just to buy a new dryer. I highly recommend this company, they respond to calls quickly, they are honest, reasonable, and they work on LG appliances. I had no idea, no one likes to repair LG. Life's not so Good, if your appliance falls apart in 5 years...but when it does..you now know who to call.

We have been working with other appliance companies for over a year to get my Viking oven and cooktop repaired. It is a very long and complicated story but I found JT Appliance on a Google search, which I would really have loved to have seen a year ago. Tony, the owner, was kind enough to pull over, look at his schedule and put me in the book that week. Once he diagnosed, the parts were ordered that day and the repair happened shortly thereafter. There were bumps in the road which were Viking's fault but were handled by JT Appliance in a "time is of the essence" manner and it further contributed to the character of the company and Tony. They are all about diagnosing and finding solutions. Thank you to JT Appliance but specifically, Tony. I wish I could have them as a full time appliance company on retainer!
