The only thing I can complain about is maintenance, it can be spotty & unsatisfactory. Amenities are a little behind other, more pricey complexes. Not pet friendly, but numerous ESA animals. Maintenance generally was prompt and courteous. First floor does not have AC. We did not really have any issues with unfair charges, maintenance, or anything of the sort. Maybe we just got lucky? Would recommend to young college students who just need a bit more space but are on a budget.

We were newly married, two bedrooms! Sweet! We enjoyed our time there....until the dreaded day when we told management we would terminate early and be purchasing a town home. Instructions provided were clear: Pay $150 early termination fee and find someone to take your place. Understood! We paid the fee and then worked hard to find someone to fill our spot. One night after three months of paying the rent of an unoccupied location, I saw the lights on in our old apartment. I called our neighbors and asked if anyone was living there. They responded that someone moved in about a week after we moved in. I called and spoke to Madison and Jake thinking there had been a mistake and I could get my $1,800 in rent refunded! Their reply, "No...you need to find someone to fill your contact, it doesn't matter what unit we put them into". This obviously was not the answer I was hoping for and reviewing my contract stating my specific unit, I told them I wanted my spot back and to force the other tenants out as my contract explicitly stated that unit was ours. Of course, management said no and they could get me another spot. Long story short: A letter from an attorney caused Axiom Properties to call me with an apology and a check being sent in the mail to refund me the rent I had previously paid. (And yes, I even tried calling them to report their management and they said they were following policies). SO STAY AWAY! THEY ARE CORRUPT AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET THEIR TENANT RATES UP, EVEN IF IT MEANS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY!!!!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL CROOKS AND NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THE WAY THEY'LL TREAT YOU.

You have to be put on a waiting list. The rooms are pretty nice, but the WIFI is absolutely terrible. If you play games on computer or do any sort of online schooling this place is not for you. I've not been able to do homework in the middle of the day (when I'm free to it) and when I asked management about it they simply said 'the WiFi is fine in our office so we can't do anything about it'. Which- great. I'm glad your WiFi is great because I can't do anything. If you want good WiFi YOU have to buy another device I guess or do your homework on campus which would work if my computer was a laptop and not a PC. Overall management sucks and doesn't really listen to you, it's over priced, and the quality of life here is less then optimal. I would recommend living anywhere else.

The location is especially convenient for me because I spend most of my time in the Spori. My favorite part is they have disposals in the kitchen sinks.
