After almost 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk and asked about my appointment and where my masseuse was. They said they were confused as well as to why I was still waiting there, but didn't decide to do anything until I brought it up to them. Then they finally went into the back and told the masseuse, and then the masseuse said that she didn't know that there was an appointment booked for my time because it wasn't showing up on her iPad screen. She ended up taking me in and giving me a good massage, but she had to cut it short because of the time so I ended up paying for a 60 minute massage instead of a 90 minute massage, but that was not what I had originally booked. The massage was good however I did not like the fan that was blowing directly at me because it was loud and made my nose, super congested and I couldn't breathe, but I didn't say anything because I assumed the masseuse needed it because it was hot in the room. This place really needs to work on using their AC to make it cooler for the clients and the staff and they need to fix their booking system because it clearly does not pick up certain appointments that were booked online and that's not fair to me or my time.
