POOR CUSTOMER CARE…read more Safelite - Clinton Township MI (James D. Store Manager) was unresponsive to 3 emails, and finally took my call due to our insurance company setting up a 3-way. The store manager did not hear my problem, due to damage of the latch-actuator from residual broken glass as would qualify this as poor workmanship. Our hatch / latch cavity should have been 100% clear/clean from broken glass as this clean-up was attempted by your Tech, but did not remove all broken glass with the tools on-site. Doing a complete job, would not have led to broken glass clogging the actuator, thus causing the unit to fail and an out of pocket expense of $900.00 https://www.safelite.com/national-lifetime-warranty
