They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They did not leave a mess and everything is in working order which I am very happy.

She called me and told me what had happened and I told her to tell the tech to take out his overpriced part at no charge and leave. He should have quoted her a price before installing it, which he did not. Additionally, he tried to upsell her other services that she did not need. I told her to call Richmond Hill Air Conditioning and have them come over and do the job. They always treat me fairly. The tech was at her house within an hour and told her it would be $135 parts and labor. That's quite a bit different than Canady's. In conclusion; If you have money to burn, call Canady's!

I described the issue I was having and they were at my place within 2.5 hours. The service representative was great at being knowledgeable on his trade. He made sure I understood what he was describing and I did. To my surprise not only did he determine the problem with my walk-in cooler it was shocking to find out I had already paid a supposedly top company for the exact repair not more than a year or so again. I actually called the previously company first and was told l had no immediate concerns to worry about within two minutes of the two techs listening to my unit. That was 4 days before I was needing a response , my unit was cooling fine but not running correctly, then it just quit cooling like it was supposed to. When I tried getting the old company out they had blocked me from service because they over billed me on original call September 3rd. Yet after numerous of emails to the manager of the old company I was to say very irritated, that's when I contacted Bolton Air. They didn't leave until every test was performed for efficiency after the leak repair on the Freon leak which was causing me problems. Which in turn l had already paid the original company to fix just over a year ago. Not only did that company charge me a lot to supposedly fix my Freon leak but the tech never rechecked to see if all was good he just picked up his tools and wrote up an invoice. I will be using Bolton air from here on out because they do business old school , you actually deal with a person from the start, so if I could l would rate them higher than 5 l say l am 110% satisfied. They installed our AC unit incorrectly in our new home and we had a year and a half worth of issues due to that. We eventually had a compressor that failed way before it should have and it turns out everything was installed incorrectly initially. They then had the gall to charge $500 for a service fee. I called up there to ask about the charges and the receptionist of course was as rude as possible. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

The technician was great but did not have the right filter to install in our system so they have to come back... A different technician returned to install the correct filter. He was careful to explain that they had charged me too little, that the filter would be almost twice the price next year, and that this cost them $40 odd dollars. And so I have fired Byrd. I am going to find a local HVAC company that does not treat their customers as an afterthought. There are literally a hundred HVAC companies in the metro Savannah area. I reset the alarm on the panel only for it to come back on later. All thru the night I had to get up and shut this alarm off. The next morning I contacted Dyess and a Service Tech came out and inspected. His answer was we need a new board that is located in the attic. This was a Thursday afternoon around 5:30. He was going back to the office and find out when and where a board could located. Today is September 11, and we still have no answer as to when we will get a replacement part. I have called the office number twice, one being this morning. Still no answer about the part. No one calls you back!!!!!
